This is a lovely, luxurious complex, in beautiful hills with an excellent service mentality and great facilities. The offer free buffet breakfast which is very good, and free buffet dinner which can be good, but sometimes the food is not the best quality. This is one small point, generally a perfect stay.

Would definitely recommend, all the staff especially my favorite who befriended me Teresa, the GM Vince and the cooks/maintenance/housekeeping are great and have never said no to anything. They treat me very well, property is well kept and clean. Above all else they always are genuinely happy to see me and always make time to catch up with how I have been since last they saw me. Even when I haven t been a guest for any period of time, we always pick up as were we left off.

Glad I became a Hilton timeshare owner many moons ago. Otherwise I would not considered Homewood Suites, as well other Hilton chains for my preference in hospitality.

Clean; well appointed; friendly staff. Nice location. Close enough to Los Angeles, without the congestion. Right off the freeway, though you can't hear it from your room. Includes free breakfast, and free dinner during the week. That alone made the stay free for my family of 6.

Most staffs are nice and friendly, hotel is in very good location close to everything, my big complain is there towels ,which is really old and very basic. I even see most of the time room services use our towel to clean bathroom floor and kitchen. No matter how much they will wash it, they shouldn't do that. Also there pillows need upgrade. They are really flat and uncomfortable. In general the service u get is very basic and the stuff they offer is all old . I have to say even though I'm not picky with food but there food is only good for 2,3 days. For example for breakfast they don't offer egg white and is scramble or omelet every day which is whole egg and always making them with sausage or any other unhealthy stuff that you would want to eat only for one or 2 day.

Arrived at 1:00AM. Despite the hour receptionist was friendly and efficient. In the room, things appeared fairly clean until I got a pot from the cabinet to boil some water. I don't know how long this primordial soup was sitting in the pot but it was well on its way to sentience. I didn't care enough about to call the front desk or anything, I just set the pot aside (lid on) and bedded down for the night. Everything else was fine as far as cleanliness. It was fine for my needs.

On my third day stay here and I wake up to these breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Rooms reasonably priced and clean. We got a room with a mini kitchen and cooked an advanced "Thanksgiving" dinner for my husband's kids. Great location too! They have a pool and a mini golf, a courtyard with griller. What more can you ask for?

Nice suites and a great breakfast available. Only down-side is that we arrived later than 2 a.m. so their system was re-booting for the night. We did have to wait for hotel personnel to let us into our room since we couldn't get a room card due to computers updating.

We reserved 10 rooms for a wedding at the Calamigos Ranch. We were short of rooms needed so we had to settle for some other locations for other parties attending. This place is a very well situated and the rooms are very good and the rates are very affordable considering the discount for multiple rooms reserved and occupied. Good breakfast was included and their lounging room is very spacious for big groups like ours. We highly recommend this location for the quality of their rooms and service.

This location is similar in design with the other Homewood locations. The front desk representatives were courteous and friendly. The rooms were decent, though a little smaller than some other locations. The breakfast and service was outstanding. We were on the 3rd floor so it was quiet. We faced the side of the buldi6 so we didn't hear much road noise. I'm assuming the rooms facing the freeway are quite a bit louder. Overall, this is a good location.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It wound up being a good location for the guests and bridal party attending my daughter's wedding at Paramount Ranch. The rooms were quite nice, clean and comfortable. The group sales agent was very helpful to my daughter in setting up a block of rooms with a special rate, coordinating free shuttle service to and from the venue. I would come back again, for sure!

The rooms are large. There is coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast buffet is so-so. The best thing about the hotel is the Trader Joe's next door - so convenient for picking up snacks at all hours.

I spent one night there after a friend's wedding. Only made use of the bed and free coffee but the room was spacious and had more amenities than I'm used to. We had a comfortable stay. Good if you have business in the area.

Very nice! Pool was awesome. Great continental breakfast - varies daily. Comfy, clean room. Loved being able to eat dinner in our kitchen. Noise next door (unloading dock at grocery store) early morning... Don't get a room on that side of you're light sleeper!

Love this place! Next to a Trader Joe's market-- Source of healthy dinner fare to consume while watching TV in the evening-- Just get there before the market's 9pm closing time!

Also, a good selection of breakfast items in the morning with plenty of sitting areas.

Food is great. Only thing is when the drinks.. (non alcoholic) ran out, they refused to put more. It was really hot out and there were alot of thirsty people. I just think maybe they should be a bit more prepared for summer days..

We stayed here when my husband had a show at The Canyon. Nice place, bed was comfortable, full kitchen and the couch had a hid-a-bed. Housekeeping was just finishing up when we arrived and the cart smelled horribly of old trash, which made the first floor entry to our building smell. It was bad enough that even after they removed the cart the stink lingered and you could tell that they had taken the cart back up the elevators, because the elevator had a lingering smell of yuck. The rooms did not smell and after a bit the hallways actually smelled pretty good. They have wonderful down pillows, however I have an allergy to feathers, so I had to call the front desk to ask for a couple of alternative pillows. The person who answered the phone either didn't want to deal with me or had not been properly trained. I was initially told that they didn't have any down alternative pillows. After telling them that I can not breath if I sleep on a feather pillow they pushed it off on housekeeping and said that they would check with them. I did get my pillows, and all was good. The free breakfast was good, check-in and check-out were super easy. Overall a nice place and we will be staying there again later this year.

The hotel room was clean but the hallways and elevator had strong cigarette smell due to smoking area being right outside the exit door. The carpet in hallway looks outdated. The room and amenities were nice but I can t give a true rating for breakfast because they don t serve hot breakfast due to pandemic. I have stayed at nicer Homewood suites in past but at same time service was great but facility needs updating.

"11pm,...blood-stained sheet,YUCH!!"

"11pm,...blood-stained sheet,YUCH!!"
Greetings Homewood Suites, First,we checked into the Homewood Suites,Jan. 2017,on a very cool Thursday nite,10pm.Front desk cordial. We checked into our king sized room,#2109.I proceeded to turn on the heat(I set thermostat for 75 degrees),in the bedroom, the bedroom felt like 60 degrees. The "heat pump" immediately came on,however,no heat blowing from unit, just cool air.I patiently waited for the "heating filiament" to come on,to no avail. At 10 pm,I'm not about to "unwind" in cold sheets and a "frozen food locker!"I left the room, and down to the front desk, explaining the above.Front desk, understood, made note to heating/cooling crew, and gave us room #2107.I checked into room #2107,checked the heating,by turning thermostat to 75 degrees.Heating came on within seconds. We moved luggage from #2109 to #2107.We unpack luggage, brush teeth, prepare for bed,....the wife notices on her side of the bed,"blood stain spots on sheets,YUCH!"11 pm at nite,I'm not going to get dressed,go to front desk, get another room, return to 1) "3rd new room",2)check to see if heater is working,3)pull back bedspread, covers, and check sheets for cleanliness!I chose to remain in room,NOT call front desk and report(too tired)the NASTY sheet.I pulled off bedspread, covers,AND remove the "blood stained" sheet.I rotated the "blood stained" sheet to the foot of bed, replaced bed cover, and bedspread.Yuch!!I rose next morning around 730am,proceeded to grab a cup of coffee, and completel forgot to mention to front desk about the "blood stained" sheets.I had brain surgery 01/22/16,and have noticed I'm getting forgetful.I can barely remember what happened 10 minutes ago. Thank-You for sending out this survey, otherwise I completely forgot! P.S. I could have taken pictures from my smartphone, however, being tired, and wifi was not working in our room.Too many obstacles working against me at 11pm at nite!
