My experience with Hal and Melody began via Yelp, when I targeted 2 realtors with rave reviews to help me search for a home. Hal called me within minutes and we set an appointment. The other realtor did respond with a message, but never followed up.
Our first meeting was casual, and Hal and Melody really listened to my story and what I thought I wanted. I had lived out of the country on a small island for the last 10 years, and re-entry into the 21st century was overwhelming.

In thinking back of my five months knowing Melody Avant, I m almost moved to tears with how much she feels like family to me. She s been instrumental in this phase and chapter of my life and has been through the thick and thin of it with me. She seen my good and (way) bad sides and she still stuck with me! I tend to buy houses once every 23 years, so I forgot how it all happened the first time around, but Melody was so gentle and effective in helping me move through all my emotions, this time around. I m kind-of an alarmist and hand-wringer when you get right down to it and she s talked me off the bridge so many times with her gentle nature and logical mind yet I feel more akin to her in a deeper way.
