Over the years my wife and I have worked with a number of Real Estate Agents and found Hal to be the Best. While all good agents are nice, personable and responsive, Hal offers another level of professionalism and expertise. Throughout the entire process I was always impressed with his advice (including tax consequences and exchanges) and his unique method of pricing and negotiating with multiple buyers. I am convinced that Hal s approach netted us more than with any other agent.
