I LOVE working at Elite Protection Services!!! The thing that I love the most is the family atmosphere and strong morals, values, and standards upheld by the ownership and other staff. David DeWitt is like a brother to me and he has a heart of gold. He is one of the hardest working men that I've ever known. I am blessed to be part of this family/team.

Great place to work. Great pay ...staff and owners are like family ...and for those who have neg. comments I say this if u do your job and follow protocol there want be anything neg. to say

This company will offer a starting pay rate that looks good, but once u go through the hiring process they will drop it to around 11 and claim lack of experience. 12$ to be armed. They expect you to be able to make it to a shift even if they change it while your asleep after working overnight and then you have a few hours to get to work. They don t provide anything but a shirt and a badge that don t cost much but will charge 100$ per item when your quit or get fired, they expect you to keep your personal phone charged and not use any Bluetooth devices because it will interfere with their apps on your personal phone. They expect you to use your car and offer no reimbursement for phone use or car use. Most the employees are decent but the majority are unprofessional. Don t wear their u inform proper, company also wants to disregard Oklahoma trees pass laws and arrest on sight regardless of its a safe environment and block their exit. I personally witnessed a video of someone almost fall off the second floor of a construction site due to this manner of thinking, night time guards can fall asleep and let issues take place and still be employed and even given a supervisor status. I would not ever recommend someone work for this company unless you want to risk being put in a situation that will risk your future in security. Owners are also the bounty boys who held the wrong family hostage In 2011

Liers employing scapegoats. Horrable management. Lie through their teeth when hireing and recruiting. Must request pay raises and never do employees reviews. Comunication is stand here and we will talk down to you when you mess up for you to learn your job. Cannot keep contracts so job site will change. You will be harrased to work overtime. And you have to run 3 apps off of your personal phone to work for them. And no they dont compensate for what high speed data the job uses.

They tried to hold me without cause or reason at Bridgepoint.... Liability high at risk..... only because I followed an employee driving erratically. Was chased and blocked in. It took police for them to let me out of complex.

I have been with Elite for years. I no longer entertain security bids from new companies. David is amazing and his attention to detail is second to none. His employees are competent and motivated. If I've ever had a problem, David corrects it immediately and we never have to discuss it again. I highly recommend Elite Protection Services.

I have worked for Elite for over a year now. I have met some very good and knowledgeable officers at many different posts. I have worked a wide range of different locations while with Elite. Anytime I have a question I have been able to contact one of the owners no matter the time of day or night. I work a full-time day job with that it makes scheduling for my part-time job difficult at times. The schedulers at Elite have worked with me around my full-time job. The pay has been fair according to my experience and knowledge. The owners and other guards have been respectful and willing to share their knowledge.

Have worked for Elite Protection Service (EPS) for several years, as in any organization different employees approach and aspire to different levels of professionalism be it in their conduct or personal appearance, EPS is no different, personally have found management and staff open and available at all times in acceptance of calls or personal in office conversations and meetings. 99% of negative comments over heard in the field, I ask Have you discussed this with your supervisor or contacted EPS office with your concern and the reply is constantly No . Highly recommend Elite Protection Services if you are mature and motivated to handle the confidence and responsibilities Elite places in you from day one.

This is the best place to work! I have witnessed the relationship between the employees and the owners and it is phenomenal! The office staff is professional and accurate from answering the phone to operations. Looking for a security company, this is your place!

We hired Elite Protection Services for an event we were having that would require security and assistance with COVID-protocols. While I mainly dealt with the office staff (contracts, payments, etc.), many of my colleagues had the chance to work with and alongside the security officers. We would highly recommend using Elite Protection Services for your next event or security detail. I'll admit - the expense was a lot, but honestly you get what you pay for. And we are very pleased with everything the security officers, office staff, and CEO did to ensure our entire experience was top notch.

David was very rude, talked down to me and female office staff. He has some male dominance issues with women, new ownership required who can communicate effectively without cussing, being rude, trying to bully, and having no class. Female office staff super nice, but EEOC will be contacted and BBB on Dave's behalf.

One night I was on post and found out my partner did not have a radio, so I call David Dewitt about the safety concern and he completely disregarded the safety concern and jumped me for site protocol. I asked him how the conversation went from a legit safety issue to site protocol and he started to argue with me of course I argued back, and then he had the audacity to ask me if I took medication! After the phone call with David Dewitt my partner who did not have a radio on him was leaving property, and told me over his PA system that he would of had one if they worked. So, being me I went to the office they let us use and found a working radio. I recently found another JOB!

I was going to apply to this company for a 2nd job but after reading the comments and seeing the OWNER of this company posting a 5 Star review for his own company I would not use or even bother with applying or hiring this company for any protective services. But, to each is their own and you live and learn through experience.

The staff is very polite and professional, as well as show genuine passion towards the company and employees.

I've been working for Elite for about a year and a half. the people have been nice. I can always count on getting forty hours a week, and overtime opportunities are pretty consistent

David is very rude called me while I was on post cussing me for having my wife drop me off at work and bringing me lunch...office ladies are very sweet though...David the owner is rude hateful and 0 integrity

elite has definitely been a great company to work for I ve been with elite for about 6 months now as an unarmed security guard and honestly the reason why I cannot give this company 5 stars is Because of the lack of communication with upper management. As well as not having a schedule that is consistent. Lot of great coworkers within the company but it s hard to gain experience within the company as well.

These guys are a joke..all they do is sleep and play on their phones or laptops

The reason I can't give this place five stars (this is basically a 4.5 star rating) is because during the time I was there, I had seen more unprofessional officers than I did professional ones [and to be honest that caused some severe burnout with me during that time]. That's with any agency. Now there is a lot of good with this place, 1) I was never micromanaged wherever I worked. 2) I always had a post that played to my skillsets, 3) Owners are solid, and I was left alone for the most part to do the job. When I had a question, it was answered. Something I really appreciated was if you had skills to bring to the table whatever post you worked, it was encouraged [I am an IT guy] (I always had a laptop computer and printer with me so I could do my reports electronically). If there is any constructive criticism I would give it is this, 1) Do some welfare checks on the officers from time to time. I remember seeing a guard several years ago at a site where he used his uniform like it was a sponge. They were doing this to a small extent. Otherwise, very solid agency. I wish them nothing but the best.

I would give this company a star but they do not have anything less then 1 so I do not give them any. They got me to come in after they told to complete the cleet packet and then they would do the interview. That did not happen. I notice that only females work in the office and after I told them my experience they said we have to wait for a dew more week and let cleet complete their work. They just lie to people I will never return to apply or even go to work for this company. This is for the minus

The owner David Dewitt was very rude when I called the company. I signed a contract for $10 an hour but he only paid me $8 an hour. Front desk lady tried to help me get paid correctly but David Dewitt ignored her and me. Also, he took me off the schedule. I no longer have a job. Thanks David Dewitt for your poor leadership and not holding up your end of the bargain.

Always on time and very respectful. Affordable and easy to work and schedule with. I have contracted with many security companies in the past and Elite has by far been my favorite to work with.
