I scheduled an appointment with one of their agents and a day before we confirmed the appointment, I drove more than two hours to look at the property and the agent never showed his face, wait more than an hour, two days have passed and I never receive an email or call or an apology I do not recommend this office to anyone and less that agent (Ricardo Lomelin)
I'm beside myself they allow some people to represent this company. Not only was this guy rude, but he continue to curse saying Fk the reviews. Such arrogance and disrespect for people and their situation. Some people are desperate to move due to their circumstances and people like this take full advantage of them then claim how big their numbers are. I have a good friend working for the same company and I hope he holds himself to a different standard. I'm fortunate not to be in a situation where I would be forced to due business with people like this. I'm not surprised how many 1 stars they have received. What Iam surprised is why remax hasn't done anything about it. Good luck to everyone
Based on my experience and all the other reviews, not sure why or how Remax would allow Carlos to use their brand. I tried working with Carlos G. (Charlie) Silva on a property. For lack of a better word, "Comical" comes to mind. Also sad. They refuse to send any info, yet want to SPEAK. OK, but why not provide some info allowing a buyer to digest the information. It seems very obvious they do NOT want to document thing. SHADY! And they are definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. Not sure why they are even in this profession. And not sure how they have any business.
watch the team of PRIETO& WIFE and the broker they under apraise property then when is no action they say lower the price they said my house wa appraised at 550000. FHA appraisal was 630000 and they wanted me to lower price browker wont cancel listing be aware of this browker THEY will cost you big money
