Awesome customer-service my deliveries are always on time

My mom is in Sentara Careplex and I called the patient advocate office on Monday February 14th and never received a call back. They become friends with these people in these hospitals and can't do their jobs when you call them. I will talk with her today because she needs to be reported.

I applied and was approved in a matter of days..the process was easy and I am very Grateful! Mailed me my check in a quick manner as well.

Can't say enough good things about Patient Advocate Foundation. As a client of PAF, their assistance in our medical expenses came at a crucial time when we weren't sure how we were going to get things paid. Their customer service is top notch. They are the best of the best at what they do. I am not sure what's going on with these other bad reviews. I've only heard positive things from people who have worked with them even if they weren't able to help out financially.

They have truly helped me during this trying time in my life. Thank you!!!

The people who work there are so sweet and very Nice.

Spoke with Kathy and she was AMAZING. She was patient, extremely knowledgable, and went the extra mile for me to look for additional resources. If she lived closer I would have offered her a job!! Highly recommended.

Any 5 star review on here is fake. This place is the worst.

Thank goodness for PAF! They are the best organization to find funding available to those who need help to afford their prescriptions!
