I was very impressed with her friendly yet professional approach. After 5 previous valuations I hadn't made a choice so decided to ask for one with Chris and I wasnt disappointed. Knowledgable and professional at a competitve price.
Impeccable and efficient service from start to finish. The photos were super and I was able to view/edit the advert before it went live.

We had Ben from Reloc8 round to value approx May 2019 having had our house up for sale with another agent for about 6 months. He gave us some really good advertising tips for our house, to ensure it would come up in more search criteria & be found on line by prospective buyers, he understands the internet side of things well which is so important when selling your house.

The photographer was brilliant on the day, & we were very pleased with the on line brochure.

Our house was sold very quickly for a reasonable price.

The main thing that stands out with Reloc8 is that you have a very personal service with someone (Ben in our case) who you can make contact with by mobile & texts, which makes a big difference rather than ringing an office phone and asking a receptionist for a call-back. Ben also made sure that communication between us, as the vendor, and our purchaser was clear and prompt, he makes sure he has the relationships with his clients which was reassuring in what can be a stressful process !

Recently bought my house through Reloc8 and cannot fault the service received from initial viewing to completion.
The team kept me up to date throughout the process, it was always easy to get hold of someone and the responsiveness was excellent.

I have been trying to arrange a viewing of some flats in Knottend. I was told it was too inconvenient for someone to meet me because of the distance from Yorkshire. This has not stopped me trying to get a viewing. 6 phone calls and 4 emails and still no viewing. Fun times.

We chose to sell our house with Reloc8 after two months with another local agent who had failed to get a single viewing. Within the first week Ben from Reloc8 had got 5 viewings set up and we had agreed an offer the following week. Unfortunately the first offer fell through due to time wasters but Reloc8 were straight back to work for us, had more viewings arranged and we were able to agree a new offer 2 days later. I can't speak highly enough of Reloc8, their dynamic work ethic and approachable attitude is second to none and their professional photographer is excellent. Reloc8 will actively seek out viewers/prospective buyers rather than doing what most other agents seem to do (just wait for buyers to come to them). Their communication and updates are great, evenings and weekends included, they don't seem to clock off! Reloc8 also do ALL viewings (even on evenings and weekends) which means we didn't have to worry about that side of things and they really are doing all the selling. Great value for money and I wouldn't recommend any other estate agent.

My property had been up for sale for a few months with a different estate agent when Ben came round and asked why it hadn t sold. He helpfully suggested ways forward for my estate agent. No pressure at all to change to Reloc8.
After 6 months I changed estate agents, choosing Reloc8 because Ben had some sensible ideas on marketing and the photos were exceptional.

After having several agents value our property we chose Reloc8 to sell. As property investors/developers we need to work with an agent who can act quick and ultimately sell a house quickly.
