We had Ben from Reloc8 round to value approx May 2019 having had our house up for sale with another agent for about 6 months. He gave us some really good advertising tips for our house, to ensure it would come up in more search criteria & be found on line by prospective buyers, he understands the internet side of things well which is so important when selling your house.

The photographer was brilliant on the day, & we were very pleased with the on line brochure.

Our house was sold very quickly for a reasonable price.

The main thing that stands out with Reloc8 is that you have a very personal service with someone (Ben in our case) who you can make contact with by mobile & texts, which makes a big difference rather than ringing an office phone and asking a receptionist for a call-back. Ben also made sure that communication between us, as the vendor, and our purchaser was clear and prompt, he makes sure he has the relationships with his clients which was reassuring in what can be a stressful process !
