OHRC office is now in the 3rd floor of Toshali Tower, Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar. One can easily locate this Tower going through Big Bazar road towards Satya Nagar overbridge. It will be about 600/700 metre distance from the overbride. This building accomodates so many government organisations and therefore well known to everybody. I had been to te OHRC for a personal work and returned immediately. In fact, I had never entered to that building premises. I was astonished with seeing such large and expensively buit govt building. Enough parking space available with watchmen. It is a very ood place, always crowded on the working days. Thanks.

Place is located a bit far away from the city. This building also has Lokayukta Commission (Ground floor), Election Commission (1st Floor), and Women Commission (3rd Floor) along with Human Rights Commission (2nd Floor). 2 lifts are available. The building can be located from a distance but reaching out to that area is bit difficult. Forum mart & St. Xavier's High School, Satyanagar can be used as landmark
