Bank timings are 9 to 6 but the banking hours are 10 to 5.

Felt good with the service and cash counter very quick and polite good bank

Cashier is the 3rd class behaviour and hopeless bank I ever seen, while we opening the account they will good after that they wont respond only

Mr, HDFC Branch Manager, I Thought of giving 0 star out of 5 star, but there is no option to give. & This is regarding Credit card blocking, i asked help, the name of Lady (MADHURIMA DE), she was very rude, and acted like (Lady don). when i asked to her how to block my credit-card. she didn't respond me 5 minutes, and again when i asked forcibly, she told me write information on the white paper, and to put in drop box, when i asked WHITE A4 PAPER, she reverted don't have any whiter paper, Really this is a bank or Fruit Market? HDFC Bank never provide A4 Sheets for printing purpose? Hello MR Branch Manager, please give Proper Traing to your Staff especially whos was acting like Lady don (MADHURIMA DE)

Staff is good and responsive, they even go an extra mile to assist you with your queries or concern..

Pros: Good service (for a bank) Cons: Parking nearby is a nightmare. There is slush along the road. Tip: Take 2-wheeler or cab if you're visiting here

I was waited more than 25 minutes to take statements That employees are behaving like very carelessness

Worst service , staffs having very bad attitude, arrogant ,uncultured and unprofessionals . We are being imperia customer asked to visit home branch even for NEFT transfers after waiting 30 minutes . Worst service, If HDFC really care for customer they should sack the staff who is at cash counter and one more lady who interacts in the absence of manager . Very bad manners!! Reallly disappointing. If you want to have fun in free time . Please visit and get disappointed at free of cost.

Basic banking services you will get it here . Any complicated question you have better to visit near head branch ( you will get this answer here ). ATM will mostly don't have cash during weekends. Accessibility wise it's right on the main road and you can notice it from a distance.

Very upset to know that they are not paying their trainers any money, even before the pandemic hit the city. This is very unprofessional and unfair and I will not be a part of a gym like this. The trainers are the ones who invest into me and help me build myself physically and mentally and it's beyond upsetting to know they haven't been paid for the hardwork they put in, even before Corona. And the management keeping quite about this with no response for over 7 months is highly unacceptable. the pandemic hit the city. This is very unprofessional and unfair and I will not be a part of a gym like this. Employees are very Efficient. Dealing with customer also very nicely .

Very Worst Services, verry arrogant and admant staff. The lady sits in cash counter acts as if she is the almightly god and thinks as if she is giving from her own pocket. . She is asking to visit home branch for cash withdrawal of Rs 10,000. (date 15 feb 2018). HDFC bank getting bad name because of employees like her. I will suggest request better not to visit. If you have free time then visit and get disappointed. Good luck

Small branch... I went for a small query. But they are brainwashing me to open new investments and credit cards. Also insisting me to change the bank branch.

Pathetic staff. They will help you initially but after deposit if you go for any query no proper response and get keep blaming on one another to get things done. My work is still not done it's been 2 month now.

Kulpreet mam is the best. She knows everything in and out and gives the best customer service one can possibly give in a bank. I wish there were more people like her at work.
