ReliaSys Technologies is an awesome company. They always are there and answer the phones promptly. They are very knowledgeable and are priced reasonably. They monitor our systems and know if something happens sometimes before we do. The guys that I deal with are very friendly and we don't have to worry about anything related to our tech support.

TCS Event Rentals made the switch in February to ReliaSys. We have been very pleased at their level of service. Their response time has been unmatched in the IT world. We have not encountered anything their team cannot fix or if it's something they don't handle they have been able to point us in the right direction.
