TCS Event Rentals made the switch in February to ReliaSys. We have been very pleased at their level of service. Their response time has been unmatched in the IT world. We have not encountered anything their team cannot fix or if it's something they don't handle they have been able to point us in the right direction. I would recommend them to anyone taking a look at hiring outside IT support.
