All honesty and truth I'm glad I have chosen Reliance security. As I have put in my time and efforts and trust with this AMAZING COMPANY i get to finally enjoy getting to work with such AMAZING people I'm still New with the company BUT putting in the work, time,, patience, loyalty, commitment and value can get where you need to be...just working with everyone has been a truly big blessing. Unorganized DONT WORK HERE!!!! They give you hours the first couple weeks then give you 2 or 3 days out of 2 week worst company hands down.

Reliance has been a great company to work for. Management team had been friendly, courteous, and responsive. I continue to feel valued as an employee.

The most incompetent group pretending to know how security works. Tell you one pay rate and the check says less. Can't be certain if its incompetence or just constant lies. Training is complete garbage. Can't write schedules. Paychecks CONSTANTLY wrong. They leave properties without coverage. Worst experience with a company should be expected.

I can't recommend enough, do not work here. Just work at Burger King, at least you will have a schedule. If you do become unfortunate enough to take a position, get the offer in writing.

We had the pleasure of hiring Reliance Security for our organization's most significant event of the year. This annual convention hosted over 5,000 of the company's most prominent supporters as we launched various products and gave away hundreds of thousands of dollars in merchandise, cash, and cars.

We required Reliance Security to work hand in hand with the security staff at MGM Resorts International. The organization and its team members conducted themselves with the utmost respect for our guests and partners at the convention hall. A few of them even jumped in to assist our setup crew with a few items.

This was a great experience from start to finish. We look forward to working with the Reliance team again.
