This is the best IT hardware store in Nova Scotia. Skip the inflated box store prices for hardware that will be out of date in a year and talk to Reliable about what you need. They will deliver.
Everytime I've needed a setup for a specific project, Reliable has delivered a product at a fair rate. If you live in HRM it is well worth the short trip to Bridgewater to see what is available.

Awful service. I am an exchange student and sent my notebook to him to give a check and he said there was a problem in the motherboard, so there was no way to fix it. When I came back to Brazil, a guy simply changed my computer charger and it worked again. It took 4 weeks for the "Reliable" Computer Services to give me an answer. I do not recommend their services and I imagine he didn't even look at it. This was in the first semester of 2019.
Brought my older laptop back to life. So fast now, I can't catch it.
They took my computer in fast and it was finished within days, great service and friendly faces. Highly recommended
Supremely grateful! Solved a vexing computer problem in minutes and didn t charge me a dime. I'd tried numerous other solutions, and brought it to Reliable Computers as a last resort. Showed excellent practical knowledge and breadth of experience in problem solving. Demonstrated both common sense and non-linear thinking. Won me over. Count me as a future and loyal customer!

Came in wanting to see if a laptop I had needed to have the power cord replaced or if it needed to be soldered back to the main board. The owner had a charger on hand, tried it out, worked great. Gave it to me for a great price. Incredibly friendly, and great service.
I went to these guys about a month back with my laptop after visiting several other places. These guys looked at it and told me all that was wrong was my charger. After some pleasant conversation I went home, I ordered the charger, it showed up the other day and all is good! Was nice having some body who actually knew what was wrong looking at my laptop.
Doug & Vern not only really know their stuff, they're personable and give excellent service at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs their computer to be 'more reliable'!!

I also didn't cone on blasting his name or business or any negativity at all, i only said id update me review after I seen him again again

WoW! What service. I had my laptop repaired and the next day it was ready. I am amazed by the quality of the service and by its speed.
