Dreadful approach to customer service. Moving to a system where residents will have accounts and do everything on line. No body to call and discuss. What about those people who are not IT literate or do not have home access to internet. Clearly they do not want to deal with any residents who may be elderly; homeless, poor or vulnerable in any way. Appalling.
