Regent Hotel Hong Kong - A Four Seasons Hotel Review

The mattress and pillows are too soft, causing neck and back pain. The wear and tear is so obvious that the room just seems old and outdated. Housekeeping didn't clean up the room thoroughly and always forgets to replace wine glasses after removing the used ones.
The mattress and pillows are too soft, and the whole body aches until I sleep. The depreciation of the room is obvious, the room cleaning is not thorough enough, and after taking away the used wine glasses, I always forget to make up the clean ones.

Celebrity's favorite hotel, located in the central ifc, convenient transportation, famous shops, high quality restaurants. The hotel's environment is comfortable and elegant, the management is perfect, the security is strict, but the staff respects the people after the clothes, if you are more ordinary, the attitude is quite cold! If you are a celebrity, you will have a 360-degree change in your attitude! The quality of food is considered to be very ordinary, salty, not good, and the amount is small! If it is not to go to the wedding party, it will not help! The passage is in the same way as the labyrinth. Even Lane Crawford can be reached directly. However, after 11:00, the caravan will be closed to the mall to reach the subway station. Traveling to most of the guests has the opportunity to go the wrong way, the instructions are not clear, so to this hotel, you are better to have rich people, there is a driver to pick up the clothes, with brand-name handbags, you will get courteous service!

Premium quality luxery hotel with excellent restaurants.

Been going to quite a few staycations these few months and none can match the service and attention to details than Four Seasons. Such a wonderful experiences and now that I've have experienced this, it will be hard to be pampered by another hotel. Thank you!

Review only for Lung King Heen restaurant: Great dinner and service attentiveness. Tasting menu took ~4 hours. We were able to enjoy HK night skyline and see Aqualuna/Star Ferry ships below.

This FS runs a tight ship. Excellent concierge and house-keeping teams. They remember your preferences from previous stays. Location is also superb - easy to travel to & fro the airport and crossing over to Kowloon side. Hotel also houses our favourite restaurants. As it is very near to IFC, there are lots of choices for food and drinks too.

The view on Victoria Bay from the hotel room is very beautiful. The hotel facility is really very high end. The service is professionally customer centred. The location is perfect for anyone who like me works in the central financial district.

Amazing place. Been to Four Seasons resorts all over the world and I think this one is my favorite. Concierge is amazing, setting is ideal, food is first rate, it's nice and central, rooms are spacious, it's ultra clean and tight, pool is surreal. Just cannot say enough about this incredible hotel. The Ritz across the harbor is pretty cool too but incredibly uptight by comparison. This hotel is elegant but not pretentious or stuffy. Loved it.

Least friendly of the four seasons I have visited around the world, although that could be cultural!

Best hotel EVER!! the world's highest hotel, bar and pool! Amazing staff!! Michelin rated Cantonese restaurant. Fantastic breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hong Kong. You will NOT be disappointed!

Stayed only one night but must say that the rooms are fantastic and the ambience just incredible. Open the curtain and enjoy an amazing view outside. No complain regarding mattress and pillows and the bathroom bath and beauty products were elegant and of great quality.
The hotel bar was nice with a very good service although it did not feel that relaxing when sitting at the bar. The reason was that the staff was incredible busy (although i must say extremely efficient) and kind of running to be able and cope with the traffic.
Even everything great yet not possible to give a 5* reward since there exists better than that. But i must say among the best hotels i have stayed in.

The Blue Bar has a very good "small eats" menu and often it's the most convenient place to eat. The hotel is situated conveniently in Central and is very close to both IFC towers, the IFC mall and the businesses around Exchange Place. Public transport is extremely convenient, close to train and ferry.

The room I got had a really dumb layout. Cupboards too close to the bed.

I ve been staying in Four Seasons every time I visit HK. Rooms are spacious, location is superb, beds are comfortable, water pressure is good. Everything is fine, except for the toilets! The toilets are only things that I hate about this hotel! What s the point of having toilet seats if they don t match the size of the toilets? When you sit on it you actually sit on the toilet itself rather than the toilet seat. It s just disgusting! I hope this review will attract the hotel manager s attention, and the toilet seats can be replaced before my next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing Hotel. Location was great, right next to IFC mall and close to Soho. Service was fast and swift and breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious and had a great view. The pool was spectacular!! The staff was great and always helpful and friendly! Especially nice was June from the reception desk who made us feel welcome instantly, took a lot of time to show us our rooms and had a chat with the kids. Thank you for this great experience, will definitely return soon!!

Fantastic views and absolutely outstanding Peking duck!

Luxurious and with a great service, easy to get to from the airport Express train as it's connected through a walk on bridge to the IFC mall. The relax area (pool and jacuzzi) has a gorgeous view on the water and the gum is fully equipped. Everywhere there will be personnel at your service.

Stayed here during my stay in Hong Kong. Was upgraded to a better room at no additional cost. Both service and hotel cleanliness were fantastic. Highly recommended!

Foods and services are the outstanding among others competitors in Hongkong.
But it's painful in terms of the value per the cost.

Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong! Convenient to traffic and good shopping
I stay all the time but I feel good every time I go

I stayed in a room on the 25th floor. It had a great view overlooking the harbour, this was undoubtedly the highlight of the room. This room itself was good with a comfortable bed and decently sized bathroom. It had a good desk although I wish it was window facing as you would be able to make the most of the great view. The buffet breakfasts are some of the best I have had, although I do realize that some people do not like Chinese food as much as I do. All in all this is a great hotel that I can recommend to anyone travelling to Hong Kong

Uber luxury modern hotel in the Central District of Hong Kong. Modern and large hotel rooms. Extraordinarily good restaurants, two with three Michelin stars.

Outstanding five star hotel with superb views of Hong Kong harbour and six star service.

I've been coming here for years for food, drink and events but never actually stayed at the hotel and yet it has retained a brand new shiny quality feel to it.

Expect to pay HK$291 inclusive of 10 percent service charge for two coffees. Service is on a level above and beyond the realm of anything experienced in other hotels.
