Regent Hotel Hong Kong - A Four Seasons Hotel Review

This is the only third-rate hotel in Hong Kong that has a low dog-eye view. If you don't give a tip, you can't get a service.

Its a nice hotel... of course. Views are usually cloudy but thats to be expected. Only comment is on the AC - fairly loud and feels like a wind tunnel. If you want to get some fresh air not thats not fed by hundreds of floors of HVAC, check out the ifc roof

Has to be one of the best Four Seasons out there. Spectacular hospitality and service, great rooms, restaurant and location.

Staycation September 29-30 Deluxe Harbour view king bed
around 3000 for 1 night, including Breakfast and dinner. You could upgrade the dinner to Michelin restaurant but we did not. We chose to dine-in the room. We checked in at around 3, then went to swimming pool as the weather was still fine. Later we knew that we made a good decision. We enjoyed the swimming a lot for photos, free ice cream bar. We ordered Spritz to enjoy after swimming. Then we went back to hotel and wait for dinner 7:30pm. The fish was overcooked that the staff said the fish species is hard but I can tell what is hard and what is overcooked. Anyway, they changed another fish for me which was much better. We love the bath tub when we stay at hotel. The breakfast was not very impressed but the staff are good. Then we went to gym for a bit workout to end our stay.

The place is large and comfortable, and the staff service is very professional.

Great toilets. I never stayed there, but if you are in the IFC, please visit their toilet from the roof garden.

Luxury hotel located right in the IFC Mall with direct access to Airport Express check-in.

The location can be said to be a downtown area, and the pedestrian bridge can lead to a variety of transportation points nearby. The hotel itself has a four-season hotel as well as a variety of restaurants of all types.
Although the toilet is not big, it is very elegant.

In places like Hong Kong, where the size of the room is so large, the rooms of the Four Seasons Hotel are remarkable, and the sea view outside the window is impressive. Most worth mentioning is the hotel's service, from the shuttle bus driver of the Airport Express to the hotel front desk, restaurant waiter, no exception. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, the airport express line is just a stone's throw away, it is very convenient to go to the office building, shopping malls and restaurants.

The luxury villas are good, but the price is a little expensive.

Optimal Location with many super restaurants..! Musique in the swimming pool underwater. Very polite staff. If you are traveling to the airport take the express train from the IFC, quicker than hotel taxi.

Awesome service hotel. Hidden gem is the pool bar for evening drinks overlooking the harbour.

Convenient transportation, lobby style! There are many luxury cars at the door, and the toiletries are L'Occitane, hehe! Downstairs is the minibus station, convenient to travel, unfamiliar and still wandered around a lot of circles, the next day is familiar with the road, the room is already big in Hong Kong, there are capsule coffee, and gifts for children, service super it is good.

We came here for an afternoon snack and drinks. Firstly, it took forever to get a table because the 'hostess' was on the phone, completely ignoring us. When one of the other waiters eventually seated us, we were given a menu and surprised by the lack of sweet offerings for the afternoon. The drinks themselves were fine but, the waiters took forever to give us the bill when we asked for it and then took forever to let us pay it. Such a convoluted process and disappointing for a luxury hotel.

Brilliant view, excellent staff, blue bar has interesting choices of cocktails and the pool is fantastic! Nothing can beat that view.

My recent stay at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong was exceptional. I was greeted by the Guest Relations Officer Hugh Lo who went above and beyond to assist me. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hong Kong for work or pleasure.

We stayed one night in the Four Seasons and we were delighted about the hotel and especially about the amazing staff. Would like to mention Lim. I inquired in the hotel about the room and rate and later in the evening booked by phone. When we checked in a few days later she remembered me and called me by the name. We received an upgrade and when we thanked her and her manager - we mentioned this was great because it was our 25th wedding anniversary.
Later that day when we re-entered the room there was a bottle of champagne, a ballon, a card and wished written on the window! What a nice surprise. Also some other examples of the great service that makes the difference. Thanks, it was really a remarkable stay that we ll remember!

overrated. i prefer something more understated like mandarin oriental, the classic one, but i'm super biased. best friend is getting married there soon so maybe i'll change my mind after a personal experience. oh, and pretty decent wine selection at the blue bar. i'm honest. you're welcome.

Came here for lunch at Lung King Heen, a well-known Chinese restaurant. Service is impeccable. Food is very balanced and well prepared.
