Enjoy a happy birthday lunch at Caprice, the Michelin French restaurant at the Four Seasons. The waiter smiled awkwardly, communicated in a familiar language, introduced food and drink details, and constantly asked if more meals were needed. There is a wide variety of foods, and there is a chef's selection of lunches. I enjoyed the five courses.

Yogi has a good background and good service, but the Macau Four Seasons can be a sauna with children and the Hong Kong Four Seasons is not very good because it is not accompanied by a 16 year old sauna. The location is great for going around!

We went there for the afternoon tea last week. As always, it was delicious and the view was great. The staff seems to be a bit lack of training this time, as they brought us one teacup without the tea, and then brought the tea and forgot the teacup. But in general, it was still a pleasant experience.

Still among the icons of Hongkong, with top service and friendly, engaged staff! We felt like at home and really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Also indulged in top food at the various restaurants.

Its a case of over-promise and under-deliver. Was promised a twin-bedded room if I wait an hour or so but after an hour was offered a double bed with an extra bed wheeled in. Why bother wait an hour!!! One staff dont communicate with the other. Thumbs down. Rooms ..... Whats the hype all about? Stay somewhere else!!!

Very good services and taste as usual, and just spotted that the soup could be very very expensive per head here

The content of dim sum set lunch is pretty standard everytime, or simply no surprise, so I come here for a la carte menu everytime....

But I wanna suggest them to allow more flexibility for guests to choose different dim sum on their a la carte menu to the set lunch. There are more great choicea to pick from there.

Having afternoon tea at the lobby lounge, the finger sandwiches, cakes and scones are fine and of good quality. I was amazed when my table is laid, the cotton place mate was wrinkled. As a 5+ star hotel, I expect management attention is given to all fine details.

A wonderful hotel; one of the very best. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with the bathroom being particularly large. The restaurant and bar are comfortable and surprisingly reasonable with respect to prices. The Blue Bar has a very good "small eats" menu and often it's the most convenient place to eat. The hotel is situated conveniently in Central and is very close to both IFC towers, the IFC mall and the businesses around Exchange Place. Public transport is extremely convenient, close to train and ferry. One can also walk to most places in Central very quickly.

Outstanding customer service!!! Six Stars! If it s one thing you can say about the Four Seasons anywhere in the world it is the amazing staff. Great outdoor pool and spa area (heated which I love) overlooking the harbour and gym is exceptional. Great location being adjoined to IFC mall. Stayed in Grand View Harbour Suite and have loved the large rooms and executive club lounge benefits. Definitely recommend! Stayed with our 8yo and they have catered to all of us.

The service is excellent here, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very large and decorated entirely in marble.
The breakfast snacks are of high quality, the environment is beautiful, the sea view is wide, and the service is attentive!
The swimming pool is a well-known check-in point, but there is a spacious and atmospheric bubble heated pool and comfortable lounge in the changing room, don't miss it!

From the first step of getting off my car, I found out that they were different. They knew my name. I was very warm. The counter lady was very enthusiastic. I also sent us to the elevator. They prepared great items for our babies, there are cribs. , milk disinfection pot, thermostatic water heater children's tub, small plastic chair and diaper trash can. Very complete. As others say it is inconvenient to enter and exit IFC. No elevator, are escalators. Furniture is a bit old, some The wood has been lacquered. Need to change the design.

Nice modern hotel. Located at one end of IFC mall and across the way from Pier 7 that you can catch the Star Ferry to go across to Kawloon. It is one of the best hotel locations in the Island side. As always, there are not too many things that may go wrong in a Four Seasons hotel.

This one of the great and enjoyable hotels I ve ever been to (and I ve been to some..)
The location is at the centrum, the facilities are great (rooms, spa, swimming pool, bar, etc) and the food was excellent. Above all was the attitude of the staff - professional, polite and very helpful. It s a luxury hotel and costs a lot but worth every penny. Most recommended

Super pool. Hotel rooms a bit dated. But.... Probably one of the best pools.
Four stars given as the hotel has a ridiculous pricing point for its pool side drinks and food. And now for a rather long rant about it....

For example, a Tsingdao beer is HK$100, plus tax makes it HK$110. That's stupid. I'd certainly buy if it was priced more reasonably at HK$70-80. I appreciate it's poolside, but at the end of the day, it is cheap beer. Likewise the food options are some SE Asian styled street food dishes, yet prices at around HK$350. That's really not necessary. I understand many people leave the hotel for food and drink in the IFC shopping mall during the time they are at the pool and then return after. I can't imagine the hotel don't realise this fact, but really I don't see why they don't try to make the prices a little cheaper and then sell a lot more and probably then start to make a tidy profit, while in the meantime stop looking like greedy hoteliers.

I went to an unforgettable and happy wedding reception. The bridal room is large enough to accommodate more than a dozen brothers and sisters and a group of elders. There are suites for the bride to rest and dress up, there is also a living room for newcomers to sip tea, and also as a curator. The most intimate thing is that the room is arranged at the end of the corridor, and laughter will not harass other guests.
The wedding reception is thoughtful and the dishes are very well designed with the on-stage paragraphs arranged by the host. Constantly add wine, do not consciously drink the left ten cups of orange juice.

The bed is very comfortable! Amenity is L'Occitane. A bath with a nice scent. In the morning, swim in the pool, soak in the Jacuzzi, enjoy the gym, and experience Tai Chi in the poolside on Sunday morning (booked the day before at the gym).
The room was still ready and we received a drink service on the executive floor.
There is nothing to say but the lobby is very simple.

We had booked ourselves for lung king heen lunch.
Apparently a Michelin 3 star place.
Pros :
The service was excellent... friendly staff.
Attentive and helpful. All the services offered were Worth it

Cons :
Chose the chef's tasting vegetarian menu.
Food was terrible. Definitely not worth the money.
Presentation was way below mark of a 3 star restaurant.
All we got was a pot of veg with some soup that even a home cook can make.
Dumpling soup was just mushroom and smelling of eggs.
Out of the 8 course menu 2 were average tasting
3 were similar combination in different consistency & color.
1 was terrible (personal choice)
1 - desert: Was good but lacked the presentation standard of a Michelin star. No molecular gastonomy ...below average display of techniques.

I wouldn't recommend the veg selection.

A luxury hotel located in the heart of Central Hon...

A luxury hotel located in the heart of Central Hong Kong, the Four Seasons delivers the service you would expect from this brand. Upon arrival at the Hong Kong airport express station, we were greeted by a man with a Four Seasons sign. While were were not expecting a transfer, he told us that this service is provided for all guests to avoid the walk through the IFC mall. Upon getting to the lobby, we were immediate greeted by check-in staff who brought us up to our room where they took our information and checked us in. As it was our honeymoon, they gave us a free bottle of champagne and macaroons already setup. Like other Four Seasons hotels, our arrival was flawless and almost choreographed.

The hotel facilities are clean, modern and luxurious. There is a pool on the 6th floor with views of Victoria Harbor, a Jacuzzi, and two cold and warm plunge pools. There is drink service and attendants at the pool. The Blue Bar downstairs has a good variety of drinks, though is a little bit pricey.

The only complaint about the hotel is that the location is a bit difficult. The only way to get anywhere is either by taxi or through the IFC Mall, which can get a bit tiresome at times. Additionally, while the hotel is luxurious and pristine, it is also at a very high price point. Other hotels, specifically around the Pacific Place development provides the same amount of luxury for a similar price. However the service at the Four Seasons was definitely a distinguishing factor. The location above the Airport Link also provides value.
