Ritz-Carlton Hotel Hong Kong Review

I was brought to the table and handed over the menu for food and drinks and then nothing happened for more than 15 minutes. Guests were served left and right, but nobody seemed to be responsible for me. I then left the restaurant and suddenly someone was there to take care of me. But I didn't feel like it anymore and left. I visited this restaurant whenever I was in Hong Kong, but that had never happened to me. Something seems to be wrong with the processes. It cannot be that staff walks past several times without realizing that a guest wants to order something. I hope this is an exception.

Went there for drinks on their rooftop bar with some friends. Be sure to wear pants and bring a blazer

Luxury hotel in the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. Hotel restaurants have great view of Victoria Harbor. Hotel is also situated right above MTR Kowloon station.

I stayed for four nights.
It was a great stay from check-in to check-out.
The correspondence of the staff and the room clerk is also wonderful.
We also do night setting of the room at night.

The view from the room is great.

The pool on the 118th floor is wonderful for lunch and evening

We had afternoon tea on the 112th floor, but this was too sweet

We enjoyed an upgrade on our staycation and usu al the Ritz never fails to please. Undoubtedly some of the best view in town, but the excellent service all staff provide makes it a memorable stay. The pool and gym area makes one embrace exercise with gusto. Well sized Rooms but the bed itself is a comfort zone on another level. For those who love a bath , the size is ample to wash away the blues . Great deals for staycation

Once in a lifetime you should have visited such a hotel. Incredible service, terrific views and great food. Is great in the city, there are no wishes left. Even paper straws are offered. Wonderful!

We were overwhelmed with this hotel as the lobby located at 103 floor and we stay on 113 floor.. Warm welcome always be a part of Ritz Carlton hospitality and also the hotel smell is always the same everywhere!

The room looks new, luxury and modern.. It has bose speaker, electric curtain, nespresso machine and tv in front of our bathtub!

The breakfast has lots of variety and taste good! The restaurant has awesome view to harbour and mountain..

Last but not the least, this hotel connecting to elements shopping mall and also kowloon MTR station that has airport express as well as city check in.. very very convenient!!

Simply outstanding in every way. The management took care of my wife and children prior to my arrival, informing them of safe places to visit away from the riots and checking in on them throughout their stay. I have not experienced that level of professionalism and was very impressed. So was my wife! She felt totally looked after.

My room was stunning overlooking the bay. It is the finest stay I ve had in all of Asia and I ve traveled a lot. With luxurious amenities and well appointed furnishing, it felt polished and professional.

I ate at all the on-site restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed them all including the top rated table service. So friendly and courteous.

Front desk and Guest relations were top notch. So professional and courteous with their smiles, efficiency, and always referring to us by name. I am super impressed and will call on the Ritz Carlton every time I am in Hong Kong. Well done!

The place is beautiful and gorgeous. Unfortunately, if you are not driving by yourself, turn to the subway and turn to dizziness.

From the moment you arrive whether it be by car or train the entire experience is top notch. The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The GM Pierre was very helpful in making sure it was a world class experience, he and his staff truly go above and beyond. While here I would recommend checking out their rooftop venue OZONE.

It's a nice experience and relatively cheap keeping the "no entry fee" in mind. The bar itself is fancy, the view excellent if there's no rain, fog or clouds, but the bar itself, especially in the outdoor area, cold do a bit better, offer a bit more style. It's the Ritz Carlton, after all.

Six stars hotel. Very good atmosphere, rich and posh deco. Nice place to be in every now and then. If
$$$ not an issue it is the place to enjoy high end service and quality hotel services. This place offer value for money services.

Awesome hotel with amazing view on Hong Kong. I think it is the highest hotel in the world. Nice personnel and fantastic building. There is a very tasty dinner buffet at a reasonable price and the restaurant overlooks whole the city.

This hotel is pure luxury. Yes, the rooms are incredible (the views alone are worth the money) but the amenities, lounge and most importantly, the staff really make this hotel. It takes no time to get over to Hong Kong Island and it s connected to Elements mall in-case you fancy a shopping binge whilst you re staying in HK.

By far the most amazing experience in a hotel I've had! The facilities are absolutely amazing and so is the location. The view... OMFG the view is spectacular, and Hong Kong has a breathtaking skyline! However, it was the staff that impressed us more. From the welcoming to the short encounters around the lobby, all interactions were sincere and truly concerned with my stay. I'd like to mention two members who were outstanding: Sunny Chan, from the pool, who gave us lots of photo tips and was incredibly friendly during our time at the pool. And the waitress who attended us at the bar Ozoni, full of joy and friendliness, explaining everything about the menu! Congratulation to all the staff members, you made the stay memorable!

We had an amazing stay at the Ritz. Gorgeous design in every detail. The hotel is from 103rd and up. Guests enjoy panoramic view of Hong Kong from all corners. Great services and very thoughtful staffs. Stunning views + over the top design = sensory overload (in a good way). We didn't want to leave the hotel at all! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Fabulous. I had the chance to have some drinks in the highest bar in the world! As all of the Ritz in the world, this one is a splendid site to rest. Pools, bars, comfort, and local/international food available. You wont miss a thing. Regarding to the customer service, it did match the expectations. Don't forget to ask for the lion's bag!

Very nice but expensive hotel. The view from the restaurants at 102nd floor are breathtaking

Rising 118 floors above the city on the upper levels of the International Commerce Centre, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong transports hotel guests to a place of tranquility and beauty. From here, the skyline and Victoria Harbour reach into the horizon, a view admired from the hotel s accommodations, rooftop lounge, Michelin-starred restaurants and event spaces. Here, guests have both high-energy city life and sought-after serenity at their disposal.

We headed up as a treat after surviving the typhoon intact. We started of in the lounge bar and had a drink before being lucky enough to get a window seat for the lunch buffet. We opted for the drinks included option and enjoyed a selection of both white and red wine with lunch. The food is amazing with a great salad bar (lots of seafood, local options and wider Asian options), then we moved on to the hot starters and then into full mains. Finishing with the exquisite desserts was truly amazing and well worth it.

A more advanced hotel, the location is beautiful, but the consumption is higher

Living in the clouds. Our room had a Harbour View on 115th floor. Reception is on 103rd floor and the staff are absolutely brilliant.
Ozone bar on 118th floor is spectacular as is the dining room.
Definitely 5 star plus. Easy access from KowloonAirport Express station and about 20 minutes by taxi from airport.
Adjacent to great shopping mall (Elements) with many dining options if you choose to eat outside the hotel.

Scenic views make the stay here valuable. Rooms are big and spacious. What can I say? Ritz carlton is normally good. But their designs are not the most modern.

You can see the night view on the 108th floor. It was so wonderful that it was a great night view! I couldn't get it right with my camera, but it was good for Hong Kong.

Amazing view from the Victoria Harbor suite, service is excellent, and opulent rooms. There's also a very well equipped gym, pool, and sauna at the 108th floor. Budget permitting, I would happily return here.

The process of booking was a very troublesome thing for my personal reasons, but the hotel staff IAN HO carefully solved it for me. I explained the current situation many times, and I thought about it for me. Finally, the problem was solved, next time. Have the opportunity, will definitely visit this store again.

It has the best view overlooking Hong Kong Island, harbor view and ocean view. Symphony of Light can also be seen in the room. The friendly staff are always ready to help. In particular, all staff members of the Club Lounge were the best. The meals at Tin Lung Hin were also enjoyable with fantastic views and delicious food.

The tallest hotel in Hong Kong! The momentum is truly extraordinary! This brand of hotels has always been among the best in the world. From Maoerdao to Macau, Hong Kong maintains high standards! Hello, facilities. Everything. Of course the price is relative! It is a pity that Hong Kong's transportation is not convenient. Because the upper floor is a hotel, it is not convenient to go to the room. The biggest weakness is that the hotel is located in a large shopping mall. It is difficult to walk to the hotel. Less physical strength or knowledge, to find the entrance: difficult! Taxi, private car entry and exit count separately! Food standard! No surprises.

Excellent hotel, we are enjoying here! Sure we'll return back!

I am glad to say the Ritz Carlton give an unforgettable experience to me. I check in the room no.24 of 109/F on 17.Sep.2020 to 18.Sep.2020 for propose to girlfriend. The arrangements which given by hotel's staff I am much satisfactory. No matter the room decorations and champange and the excellent quality's food of 116/F. All things given us an unforgettable and meaningful experience in our life. Thank you all staff`s of Ritz Carlton. I am look forward our anniversary in the future can come again.

The tallest hotel makes people sleep in the clouds, especially the pool must go.
