Worst travel company ever, unprofessional and disorganized

We were recommended to use Regent Holidays for our Russia trip. We did their Essential Moscow and St Petersburg trip and loved every minute of it. Real personal touch, lots of advice on hand if you needed it. When we were in Russia, transfers and guides were amazing. Victor, our guide in St Petersburg was the highlight of our trip! Only slight disappointment was quality of some of the hotels. Wouldn t say their star rating is the same as the UK as some properties felt very dated but clean and did the job. Wouldn t normally use a travel agency but for Russia, this really did make everything must easier.

We haven't booked a package holiday / trip with a travel company for years - but as it was all last minute, we went with Regent Holidays, also my MiL recommended them. We weren't disappointed. Ida Marinova was great, she answered our queries and updated us regularly (as it was a bit last minute - we were keen to know if we'd actually get on the flight and tour). We went to Iceland, on the Volcanoes & Glaciers 6days / 5 nights Tour - it was awesome, thoroughly enjoyable. Everything and more that Ida said it would be. Well done Ida, you certainly advised us well. Thank you.

Avoid
The failure of Regent to step- up, take responsibilty and make amends to customers with legitimate complaints has previously been highlighted in online reviews of this company. We had the same experience

The staff we dealt with at Regent went from helpful and reassuring pre-booking, to defensive to the point of hostility following our Tour Complaint.
We felt reduced from being a customer to being a problem--one they didn't want and did their best to ignore and wear down.
The time and stress they cost us was unbelievable.

So our advice to anyone even thinking of Booking with Regent is look elsewhere.

This is a joke, don't even think of using their services. They violate international borders and rules to get money out of you.

Don't trust this people. They take you to unsafe places and overcharge. Complete waste of money
