Avoid
The failure of Regent to step- up, take responsibilty and make amends to customers with legitimate complaints has previously been highlighted in online reviews of this company. We had the same experience

The staff we dealt with at Regent went from helpful and reassuring pre-booking, to defensive to the point of hostility following our Tour Complaint.
We felt reduced from being a customer to being a problem--one they didn't want and did their best to ignore and wear down.
The time and stress they cost us was unbelievable.

So our advice to anyone even thinking of Booking with Regent is look elsewhere.
