We deal with companies all over the country and this is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. They promise the world and deliver nothing. Have several outstanding invoices and now won't even answer the phone. THIS COMPANY HAS NO MORALS OR ETHICS!!!

We we're contracted by Regency Sign to perform a survey at a Yonkers store in Holland Mi. We were never paid for the work...thank goodness we didn't perform the installation. SIGN CONTRACTORS BEWARE!! They will steal from you, they're liars, thieves, robbers, humans without a soul. They have stolen from many sign shops. IF WE ALL REFUSE TO WORK WITH THEM, THEY WILL BE GONE ONCE AND FOR ALL. And hopefully lose everything they have!! I'm not bitter, I just love justice.
I cannot believe how happy I am with Regency Sign Company. I gave them a sketch to make me a sign and they did it perfectly. I m really satisfied and will spread their name.
I needed bulk interior signage for an office building I've been tasked to create the directory for, so I contacted them. They were exceedingly professional and understanding about my specifications for all the numeration and naming on every piece. Even with the rather fickle requests for all of the placards, they were able and willing to accommodate and appease. When they arrived, I was impressed not only with the speed of the contract-to-delivery process, but the quality of each individual piece as well. The inscriptions were tight with no flaking and without any errors in print or spelling on particularly tricky names. The design was sleek (in contrast to most outfittings for this kind of thing) and modern. Finally, the payment process was painless and provided easy billing that had a neat organization for corporate friendly archiving. I will be hiring them again.

Our bakery recently opened up, and while we already had a different sign created by another local company, it just didn t have the flair we were going for. We use all natural ingredients and had Regency create a custom sign with life-like looking wheat/grains next to lettering of our store name, all in color. This sign is what we envisioned and it is very pleasing to the eye, and matches the look we were going for.
They care about you as a customer. From the getgo I mentioned the strict deadlines I had with needing the sign. They firmly agreed to have everything completed by then, which they did. I m very pleased
Subcontractors BEWARE! We will always check company reviews from this day forward. Try to get paid for sub job, get the run around or literally hung up on. Normally would chalk up to a loss, but not this time. Filing this lien will be the best $180 ever spent.

My sign is large, bold, and visible from a good distance which helps so much. Prior to Regency the colors of my old sign had faded and many people complained they had to turn around to get to my antique shop because they passed it up. Turns out that even with an antique store, it s still better to have a visible new sign!
Without any doubt I recommend Regency Sign Company. They care about what you want and they give it to you. This company is very punctual and patient. I had them redo my sign a couple of times before I saw the right one, and they still gave me a good price. Now, I have them replace my sign every few years when the colors start to fade away or the lights need to be changed. Their beautiful signs are worth everything.

The two signs we ordered for our ticket lobby are impressive and sharp looking! I guess when signs look this nice people actually listen to what they say to, because they are meant to help guide the lines and since putting them there, they've done their job! We no longer have the congestive build up of people or people who are confused about where the line starts.

Very short waiting period for our awning! Super impressed with the quality of the fabric and how bright the color is too. Something I didn t expect is it helps keep our front glass more clean because it shields from rain.

Throughout the process I called to check in on how my sign was coming along and ask for updates. Thinking back on it now I probably annoyed the heck out of them. They never once treated me poorly because of it and were always courteous enough to let me know how it was progressing, as well as adding in any minor tweaks I asked for. I contacted Regency about installing and fabricating a pylon for a big shopping complex I own. The old one was weathered and ugly. However, I also wanted it taller. They did everything they could to make it slightly taller while still being within the code. Great quality work, and I d say to anyone looking for a sign, hire them.

Called them about a pylon idea that we had. They were so knowledgeable about the laws and restrictions of what we can and can t put in. We basically asked for the tallest pylon possible, and they were able to make it happen! We re very pleased with the way it turned out!
This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my entire life. We contracted them and they were paid for a job over 13 months ago and they have still not finished. If you enjoy headaches and don't like finishing projects by all means go ahead and use them. We have gone back and forth with my rep Rick Lackner - but unless you call him he is happy to ignore the issue.
here is an email from rick explaining why my sign was not there 4 months after it was promised.
"I finally found out why this has been such a issue the banner was made and on the truck to be installed some time ago. The installer believe it or not lost the banner and now he couldn t remember what size it was. John the owner is personally going by the store today to get the correct size. Some things you just can t believe and I know this is one of them but is the truth."
That was in May 2012. It is now January 2013 and still no progress.
On a phone call today I was told that he had no ability to get the job done and told me to contact the owner of the company who (surprise, surprise) did not pick up the phone. He also would not give me the extension of the owner and I had to find it myself.

I really love this company. I have recommended it to a couple of my friends and they have gotten their signs done with them. Their businesses are successful and most of their clients go because they can see the signs from far.
This company is awesome. Our church needed a nice bold sign as our old one had weathered and sort of started to fall apart. They made everything so easy. They took care of the paperwork, installation, everything. Great job to the crew who made this happen

Me and my brother recently bought some property that we wanted to turn into a fun bar, and we envisioned it to be a sort of 80s-themed place. To fit with the look that we wanted, we ordered a neon wall sign for the interior and a pylon for the outside. The look on my brother's face when he saw the signs get installed and light up was priceless. I would definitely work with this company again.

I started with getting an outdoor sign made. It was so noticed and well liked by customers I purchased 2 more indoor ones. They took care of all the hard work including the installation. Having the signs both inside and out has really changed things for the better around here. More folks have come in and out since, and I m seeing more and more repeat customers.
Very unprofessional. Never received responses by phone, email or mail regarding a payment they were supposed to make. One person doesn't know what the other person is doing. You are put on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time. Sometimes no one even answers the phone at all. Have been told for months, that the check went out in the mail. They even gave a check number. The AP department always claims they put it in the mail.
Looks like this is common for them.
I sent them to collections and the collections officer told me they are already pursuing them for three other companies too. Not a surprise.

I ve had them create a few signs for me now for both commercial and personal use. Each one has been well crafted and built to last. I m a huge fan and can tell you nobody else in NY does it better.
So glad they are able to do rush jobs! It was 5 days before our grand opening and we had just finally decided on a design we were all comfortable with. The rep we spoke with assured us we would have it in time for our opening, and that it would be made to our satisfaction. Even with such short notice the rep was able to make it happen as he said. Needless to say, our opening went off without a hitch, and we received a very nice sign that was indeed to our satisfaction.
fabrication of the signs was good but installation was terrible on two jobs. no follow up to correct my concerns just empty promises. I would not recommend this contractor. stay away. if I could give them no star I would have. if you already hired them do not pay until you thoroughly inspect their work. they will not respond once you have paid them. no honor.
Talk about a centerpiece. The engraved sign we got from them has been amazing for our business. People ask pretty frequently whether the gold is real or not. It makes it all that much better for our associates to say yes it is. I don t think it could have been done any better.
We wanted a backlit and frontlit sign with multi-colors, and approached them to see if this was a feasible thing. They took on the challenge, and built us an amazing bar sign. I catch myself staring at it sometimes while it work its so nice.
We launched a furniture store and had them create a massive outdoor sign for us. The best part was they even took care of the installation for us. It didn t take long, and is perfectly mounted above the entrance for all to view.
Really amazed by the quality of our awning and skills of the design team. Our biggest goal was to put our logo on the awning but we weren t sure if this would work, or if it would look clear should it work. The image came out crisp and clear on the awning! Definitely 5/5 stars from us!
Dimensional sign came with a little chunk out of it, but it seems that it was a hiccup in the delivery process that they didn't notice because of it already being packaged when the damage occurred. I contacted them about it and received quick followup and friendly service in getting it fixed. Now the sign is lovely and prominently displayed. You guys have good customer service.
I run a small business in the area, and I needed a printed canopy as well as several large posters by the window to make the outside of my shop more attractive. They were very professional in communicating with me, and I managed to make the canopy look exactly how I wanted it to. Everything was very prompt and smooth.

My little bait shop just didn t get enough attention until I hired them. I had them build 2 outdoor signs, one with lettering and one with the image of a worm on a hook, painted to really make it stand out. Since then, my business has changed dramatically from hardly any people, to so many I have had to find more suppliers.
