My fiancee and i bought a white gold engagement ring and male wedding band. Within 3 days 2 stones fell out of the engagement and one out of his ring. We went back in and he basically told us it was our fault and wasnt going to help us. No refunds and laughed at us. We went to the jewelry store down the way and they said many folks have come in crying because of how these guys ripped them off

I m beyond thrilled with our purchases! Rich was so helpful and kind. I took him the idea of what I wanted in my engagement ring and he nailed it. He custom made the exact ring I wanted and a matching men s version for my hubby. We are so pleased. It was fast and the cost was very affordable. I will never go anywhere else for jewelry. Amazing experience! We are so impressed and so grateful.

This place has always had nice jewelry. Been going there for over 15 years. Had my wifes unique wedding set done there and never seen one anywhere else like it. Rich always takes care of us and still remembers us when we stop by after all this time. Definitely the go to place for nice jewelry items.

I have always been very satisfied with the price and quality of their jewelry. At regency your paying for quality not a name like other jewelry stores. I got my eye on a beautiful yellow gold box chain they have. I will definitely be purchasing it soon from regency diamonds.

Bought my wife's wedding band here got a great deal on her wedding band were flexible with payment plan but when we picked up the ring it dis not fit her finger. So they agreed to resize it and have it ready Sunday night, when we picked it up the second time the ring did not fit and the the engagement ring would not fit inside of the wedding band!!! They then offered to let us borrow a ring, but my wife was upset so we trashed that idea. We needed to get it sized, fixed, and get the engagement ring to fit so we took it to Jared. (I know) after they carefully looked at the band we were informed by the jared staff that the ring was a used ring, at this point i was furious because it was not advertised as used nor did they tell us that the ring was a used ring. All in all they are nice people but the way they handled their business in this case was enough to make me never shop for jewelry there before.

Absolutely love this place! Won't go anywhere else again. My hubby and I bought our wedding bands here. Sales guy was awesome. Very flexible with payments/layaway. Sized my ring overnight too. Went back after the wedding and they saudered my rings together in an hour for way less than Shane Co or Fred Meyers would have charged. Two thumbs up.
