I contacted Regal tour for arranging visas for my extended family. My request was a bit complicated as we were two groups who were travelling from two different countries, we were having minors and an aged member in the group which required some additional efforts/approvals.

Due to the changes in dubai regarding the visas,I decided to pay 1900 for visit visa in regal tours. They went ahead and applied for my visit visa through abudhabi ,yet I'm in Dubai. They claimed abu dhabi is also "emirates ". But they hadn't notified me that they weren't applying my visit visa in dubai.
My visa status was employment visa..i just needed it changed to a visit visa.

The Abu Dhabi immigration declined my visa exchange and regal tours told me they can't do anything and there's no refund at all, except they will give me 400 aed.
I didn't take the refund money at first , i was so furious. I went to the dubai immigration to check if my passport has any issue .
The immigration then sent me to the police station to check if I have any criminal records with my passport. I was clear from everything. I suffered for 3 weeks trying to figure out what went wrong.
Being jobless in dubai and having borrowed money to change my visa status, then regal tours applying Visa in Abu Dhabi yet I'm here in dubai, The worst part I had to travel to Regal tours to get the 400 Aed. The rest of the money gone just like that. What a devastating experience.

They claim to be efficient but think twice before you go there.
