Regal Audio Video Review

Quality products and installations. Knowledgeable staff and able to get ahold of many items even if they aren t sitting on the shelf. Many times people don t understand what quality work costs and how long it can take, which is what I think some of the bad reviews have stemmed from, I have personally never had an issue and service after the sale is something you don t get when you buy cheaper online. Will continue to support Regal and trust them with my vehicles.

Not worth going, these reviews are false. The sell the equipment and will install basic stuff. They would not do a simple wiring fix on my vehicle and the installer in the store was a very rude individual with how he did business

Check online prices before purchasing products here. Bought all of my car audio online for a fraction of the price. Owner has terrible customer service.

Horrible service.They don t give you right dates for your items they have to order they told me 3-5 days then I call on the 5th day and they say 1-2 weeks. Took about 10 minutes to help me in store the day of anyway. Oh also told me he waited to get more people s orders in to order mine!

I called to get a quote for a remote start unit installed. Having been given a few options I chose one and called back to place the order and schedule installation. Since I'm from out of town they even offered a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait in the store all day. When the day came I went, only to find the promised loaner vehicle wasn't available so I sat in the store for hours while they did the install. On completion I was ready to pay the bill only to find they had installed the wrong unit. I had specified a Viper, but they installed an off brand because the guy on the phone misquoted the unit, so instead of letting me know what happened they arbitrarily installed the unit I hadn't ordered instead of what I specifically requested. The price difference would have been an astounding $10. Unbelievable...

Alan knows his stuff. He installed security, audio, and phone systems in my office and was as professional as they get. They clean up as they install, make sure the products are working right, and are always willing to come back if you need to make changes later.
