I called to get a quote for a remote start unit installed. Having been given a few options I chose one and called back to place the order and schedule installation. Since I'm from out of town they even offered a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait in the store all day. When the day came I went, only to find the promised loaner vehicle wasn't available so I sat in the store for hours while they did the install. On completion I was ready to pay the bill only to find they had installed the wrong unit. I had specified a Viper, but they installed an off brand because the guy on the phone misquoted the unit, so instead of letting me know what happened they arbitrarily installed the unit I hadn't ordered instead of what I specifically requested. The price difference would have been an astounding $10. Unbelievable...
