Big offices in at least 2 of the 3 buildings there. As it was my first time there, not sure whether they just moved in or just finishing renovation. There has no signs except a "KW" so if you didn't pay attention like me, you would have miss this place just like me as I missed the entrance once when I was looking for this place the first time around.

I received a cold call from this agency today - which is more than an hour from the small town where I live - asking if I was interested in selling my house. Extremely unprofessional and unethical to cold call on a SUNDAY MORNING. Come on guys.... I know you're hungry, but that's beyond ok.

Asked me to come to their office at 11 am. Reaching there on time. The office is found to be closed. On calling the call centre guy at -15C temp. The guy says the office is closed and I have no idea why you were given this time

My husband and I recently bought our first home from an agent from Keller Williams. Unfortunately, the joy of acquiring our first home was dampened by the poor experience and representation of Keller Williams by their agent. Throughout our journey of purchase, it became very apparent the agent s objective was the commission involved, not the welfare or best interest of both the seller and buyer. We were not satisfied with the service provided by the agent representing Keller Williams, and would not recommend them to other sellers.

I received a call from an Lady at this agency today. She was asking if we were interested in selling our home. I informed her that we have already sold our home so she just hung up on me. I called the office to complain and they didn't seemed concerned at all. I would never use such a rude company.
