"Refresh" Home Reviews

Unfortunately, despite our home interior being featured on the Refresh website as their work, we ve not used Refresh services. We did, however, build a home through their Blalock homes (reviewed separately). They assisted quite well and were patient as we worked through our home architectural design process; though did little to nothing to assist in the interior design. My wife and I made all of the design decisions with the exception of a few recommendations for ceiling treatments. The Tile, Lighting, Paint, Countertops, Flooring, Trim Carpentry layouts/decisions etc were all completed without the design assistance of their companies.
Short of that, they seem to have good vision and artistry albeit taking design queues from the same or similar rustic stylings.

Nice place will give Magnolia House a run for its money in Waco. Nice shopping buyer has a good eye.

The staff is amazingly talented, the store is beautiful and well organized. Its a one-of-a-kind place with friendly faces, overall a great shopping experience.

I planned my first vacation to Tennessee for CMA Fest 2016. I have been following Thistlewood Farms blog, where I discovered my dream home. Low and behold, Kara and Lauren Blalock designed that home! Of course I had to stop by ReFresh, where I happened to be vacationing, and I was in heaven. I have a new dream, it's to leave California, move to Tennessee and work for these amazingly talented women! When I figure out the perfect get rich quick scheme, in the far out future, they will build and design my dream home. <3

Who wouldn't love living within 5 minutes of this wonderful home interior store. I have purchased many items from here, my latest was a farmhouse chandelier, great style and reasonable price. The staff here are fabulous offering usable ideas. Simply a must go visit.

Lovely assortment of furniture and decor! Such a friendly staff and very helpful! I always find something here either for myself or a gift.

If you love Magnolia Home, Restoration Hardware, Ballard Designs, and Anthropologie, but with more character and distinctivness, then THIS is THE place! A hidden gem!

It s hard to feel welcome when you go into a store and not a single employee says hello, asks if you need help, or even says thanks for coming in when you leave.

Dishonest is not even a strong enough word to describe the owner and the entire staff! I am not one to give a bad review but on this one I will!

I wasn't a customer at whatever this place is, but my car had broken down in front of the building. I went into the store to let the someone inside know that a tow truck would be coming to pick up my car soon and the two women inside just stared at me as if I was going to rob them or something. I guess they're not used to having black people come in that store. I thought it was hilarious! It's 2017 not 1947....get a grip. I will never shop there!
