Probably a decent shop... they have cats. I was ignored for 15 minutes during my lunch break. Left without any info on the bikes. Guess I ll have to look for Santa Cruz somewhere else in SG. Pity.

Previously gave you 5 stars for outstanding service. But today on the back of this being the second time we have visited the shop and no one has shown up, have to vent my frustration. Don t have an opening time unless you are going to stick with it.l!!!!! Simple

Friendly guys highly recommended.. but the bikes its not cheap but worth buying long term warranty.. thanks to the bike technician kidd for fixing my bike.

Purchased a Santa Cruz Blur here back in August 2019. Awesome bike. Great service and very professional advice when it came to components when building the bike to my customizations.

Relaxed and professional bike shop and fantastic staff. The staff helped me fix the chain problem of my bike for free though i ve never bought anything there! Amazing!

Wanted to get a Santa Cruz Bike and dropped by the shop today 24 Aug 2020 at about 6pm. Asked about bike pricing and staff said their boss was not around. What happened next was shocking! I was being ignored for more than 15mins in the shop. (I supposed this is not new, reading other reviews. Be warned !).
By the way, their cat paid more attention to me than their staff.

I spent almost an hour and a half here looking at and riding a couple of bikes. Sadly I didn't walk away with one but they staff will for sure be the reason I purchase from here when I'm ready.

Great, quick service. Helpful staff. Would recommend due to reasonable prices.
