Previously gave you 5 stars for outstanding service. But today on the back of this being the second time we have visited the shop and no one has shown up, have to vent my frustration. Don t have an opening time unless you are going to stick with it.l!!!!! Simple

You left a number of people today standing waiting at the front of your shop totally frustrated.
