Really nice see you guys in two weeks date night again!

I do enjoy going to the movies here I just saw "Knives Out" which is a great who done it mystery movie I will have to see it a second time to catch a couple things that I missed this first round... I was alone in the theater but sometimes that makes it a cozy personal experience.. prices aren't the greatest but I have seen worse. If you have some spare time to have a cinematic experience it isn't a bad theater to go to.

Customer service is pretty great and the prices are reasonable.

Always liked the theater, but still a little hung-up on the tickets. The recent installation of the recliner seats in some of the theaters is super nice (and that would reflect the slight uppage in the ticket prices).

It is okay for a movie but it is a little outdated and expensive

This movie theater is really bad. This golden ticket company that runs it now made it way worse. I liked the company that ran it in the past. When I came in today to watch five feet apart the theater was a mess, popcorn was all over the seats. The bath room was a mess. I didn t like that they took away the coke pop machine that had all the options you wanted. Plus it s really expensive and not worth it, they need to update this. I don t want to come here again. I ll stick to my local theater in Montevideo, that s a theater

Discounted Tuesdays have saved me over the years as a Broke Young Adult. Awesome staff, tasty popcorn and comfy seats. They ll even let you bring in your own 20oz. cup and a blanket! Seats could use some updates, but other than that, love this theatre

Despite when they took over saying it would be luxury seating and an expanded menu everything remains the same. Decent movie theatre but employees that clearly don't care because management don't give them a reason to care.

Way over priced and uncomfortable seats to small for a guy my size

Went to watch a musical. The sound was terrible. The whole idea of going to a musical in a theater is to be immersed in the sound. Did not happen. Totally ruined the whole experience. Will not be returning to this theater. Would have liked to complain but there did not seem to be a responsible person on staff that would care or have the ability to do anything.

Not very busy. Clean place, popcorn hot and pop good. Great movie

I think people should just be grateful we still have a theater in Willmar at this point. PATRONIZE you local businesses people or they WILL BE GONE!!!!

Place is very clean, good customer service. It was cold in the the theater so I do suggest being a sweater. Popcorn was very delicious and hot and they let you put your own butter on it so if you like alot but all around a very nice place.

The place got revamped and I love it, it has a nice interior and more things to buy at the counter

Sets could be better buts there so nice and the and movie quality was good

Took my mom and two grandkids to the 4:20 showing of Dumbo. Had a medium and a small popcorn, a bag of M&Ms, 3 bottles of water and a small pop and our total including the tickets was $77.75! I won't be going back because there is no way I can afford to spend that kind of money to watch a movie! Totally out of line, in my opinion.

Front seats are leaned back comfortably, however prices were spendy.

Staff were not very friendly, actually seemed very impatient. I can't understand why a regular size soda is $6.00. Theeater was nice. Rest rooms look like they haven't been cleaned in a month.

Worst cinema experience in my whole life for a chain/Corporate owned theater. Most popular experience at this location is employees always using their personal Cellular phones, socializing with friends, too bright of lights during matinee, audio but no video, video no audio, audio distorted, and video distorted. On our last visit the movie we watched had distorted voices and special effects and after the movie was done, I walked into a nearby auditorium for the same movie and it has crystal clear sound. This Company claims it did lots of renovations and upgrades but everything in place there says otherwise. - Another Constant problem is auditoriums being too warm or humid during a show. - I would rather go to St. Cloud to watch a good movie than ever watch a movie at Reel Lux Cinemas / Now known as Golden Ticket Cinemas....

Removed a star because this place keeps letting me down. If I drop 20 bucks for a matinee, pop, and popcorn I expect more. The movie clearly did not fit in the screen. The title card of the movie was cutoff along with half the people's heads in the film. I complained and they didn't fix it. The popcorn was clearly not popped that day. The place is dated and dingy.

Watched a kid drop his popcorn and get a free replacement, comfy seats.

Good movie selections, clean theater. The usual expensive concessions.

Love my local theater! new films every week, great Tuesday deals, friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

This was probably one of the worst I have been too seats looked lime someone jacked off on them a bright neon light came in during the moving for about 5 mins no one was at the stand went up there twice

For the third time I went to see a movie that there website said was playing. For the the third time it was not. Only after they sold me tickets for the movie did they realize it wasn't showing. This company needs to leave.

Clean bathroom. Comfortable seating. Decent selection of candy and pop. Would go again

Went to show today, prices were crazy for snacks..but the main complaint was the condition of the women's bathroom. Sinks were actually brown, one stall was plugged up, could tell toilet bowels had not been cleaned for a bit, a door was missing on at least one of the stalls, door locks were missing, counter tops were peeling and actually hanging off the counters!! And we went to the first show of the day!! At the snack stand the counter tops were actually fastened down by tape! No excuse for these conditions...there has been remodeling talk for a year or two and nothing has been done

It's ok. The seating could be updated. They painted. But nothing is new other than that. It's pretty much going down along with the Kandi Mall. It's sad .....the Bathrooms are gross and don't even have a changing table for a baby.

It was so hot in the theater, I don t think they have a/c... that factor made my visit very unpleasant. They have okay customer service and it was very clean. I just wish they had a/c, it was cooler outside (and even the rest of the mall) than it was in the theater.

New ownership has done very well. It should be busier then whatbit actually is

It only has six screens and they've been saying for a while that they're putting in recliner seats but no sign of them yet. There's no theaters with ampitheatre seating.

Great for whenever I need to see a movie in this town.

Oh, this place is in need of renovation. But the staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We felt like they appreciated our business.

Watched Fantasy Island with friends. Wear a jacket it was kind of cool in the theater.
