Love being back at the office. They take Covid very seriously so the place is deep cleaned daily and constant sanitizing happens during the day around the area you work.

My savings plan, without any benefits, is due to pay out 01-02-21. I am getting out less than what I have paid in after 10 years. I contacted them 5 times without any success . Even a manager named Uvonne Zulu ignored my request. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. They just ignore your query . I am forced to go to the onbutsman now.

Metropolitan at Oxford Street in East Lond today midday I was uncomfatable with bac pain but the lady called Mdludlu helped ma self with a freindly smile ma pain gone imidietly 100 Pecent rate keep it up doing good Mdludlu

A funeral policy is not on Metropolitan's system, while we have the certificate to prove it.

I debit order systems are horrible. I had been waiting for them to debit my premium for our family funeral insurance. I reminded them several times. Their service is horrible. Imagine pleading for a company to pay itself

This is a typical office park with the biggest tenant being Metropolitan. The buildings are somewhat dated but the parking was upgraded recently so it is fairly easy to find a visitors parking bay. They are situated across the road from the golf village sporting some views of the driving range from the offices

Your contact is not helpful at all. It does not matter what time you call you get a response that you called at a busy time. Your service is disgusting, I beginning to regret doing business with you. Even your head office is useless.
