Nice hotel with friendly staff (sometimes depending on their mood), delicious and abundant food and drinks, amazing reef accesible from the hotels beach and motivated animators. Throughout the day there are numerous activities coordinated by the animation crew. Every night, after you had the possibilty to choose one of five restaurants for dinner, the evening entertainment for adults starts with a show and thereafter you can go clubbing. Approx. 60% of the guests are Ukrainians, therefore nearly everyone speaks Russian. Superficially very tidy but going into details, cleanliness of rooms is improvable. Whole stay was very relaxing (apart from sofa bed for third person in 3-bed-room). Architecture, pool landscape and garden are beautiful and well maintained.

Beautiful place but the egiptians are not deserving it. They distroing the reef with the very poluting motor boats. It was hard to see the how close and fast, they drive the boats.

In general, the hotel is good: very beautiful and well-groomed area, good service (a lot of staff :)), cleanliness, a beach with an exit from the shore for children and a short bridge for adults, its own coral reef, where you can watch the beautiful living creatures of the sea. Rooms are clean, but as in most hotels in Egypt, already a little tired. We initially had problems with draining the water in the shower, which were never completely eliminated. The kitchen is ok in quality, but nothing out of the ordinary - a small selection of side dishes and breakfast enough with a modest selection. A good selection of restaurants, especially nice when it is included in the all-inclusive package :) Don't count on Wi-Fi, but it's traditional for Egypt, so buy a local SIM card in advance. On the downside, there is very little entertainment for children: a couple of slides for adults, a pool only for the very young. Moreover, the hotel has a lot of swimming pools. For adults, there are much more places of leisure: many cafes and restaurants, excellent hookah for adequate money.

Overall impressions were good and the hotel is definitely better than most Egyptian hotels. For a solid five, there are not enough more comfortable and fresh rooms, more places for children's leisure (especially the territory and size of the hotel allow) and a more varied menu in the standard kitchen.

Unforgettable holiday and birthday
We really enjoyed it. Seaside hotel with all comforts, wonderful room. The truly exquisite restaurant service with 2 Italian cooks. We were immediately at ease thanks to the animation Valtur and the guest relation Giuliana who on my birthday made me find a beautiful and delicious cake in my room.
We will be back soon

The hotel has a very large number of vacationers, a lot of children and noise. The hotel is beautiful, but the service is very low. Not friendly people on reception. Cleaning in the hotel was awful, for 11 days of rest in the room did not have changed towels and bedding. This is a nonsense. The biggest disadvantage was that there was nothing to eat. The food was not tasty and not diverse. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served the same meal. Dishes were not enough for everyone and the plates were often badly washed. The kitchen did not cope with the number of people in the hotel. I was in Egypt for 5 times and the service at that hotel was the most terrible. Unfortunately, I ll never recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the food is varied and tasty, the staff are friendly. Beautiful territory, comfortable rooms. The most important thing is the reef! Beauty! The only request is to fix the second staircase on the descent, otherwise the crush at rush hour

We have been at the hotel for 4 days. All staff wear masks. A safe distance is maintained. There are sanitizers everywhere. We feel safe at the hotel.

Quite good hotel Sharma for reasonable money. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. The room has a bathroom and shower. Balcony overlooking the pools or the territory, depending on which room you will be accommodated in. The area is huge and clean. There is a bus every 5 minutes. Several restaurants. Buffet. The food is good.

The village is really beautiful, the structure is large and well organized, I was lucky enough to have the room near the lobby and therefore in a strategic position. The sea and the coral reef are really special, there is no need to go on many excursions because the fish that you see in this resort are many and I only hope that the structure manages to keep this beautiful spectacle of nature intact. The food is not the best, but I am very demanding so surely you will not die of hunger, it is true that they have an Italian restaurant with an Italian chef but the raw material is still Egyptian. The only flaw is the service, that is the Egyptian staff, that both in restaurants and bars has little desire to work and makes you wait for an order or even worse you forget the order! Only reason I can't give 5 stars! If you decide this village try to be relaxed because the Egyptian staff works in total relaxation! Last thing the Village is Valtur and their excursions have been really fantastic!

Excellent hotel! Great reef! Good food, normal alcohol like Egyptian hotels. Sanitizers everywhere, staff in masks, gloves, shields. At the entrance to the hotel and restaurant, the temperature is measured, and hands are treated with antiseptics. The territory is processed during the day.

Mohammed in the pub was at all times a complete professional. He always made sure that his service was second to none. Mohammed and his team in the restaurant always provided a great environment for all meals and everything was made easy for us. The best hotel in Sharm! Our own reef (we went on a tour to other places, but ours turned out to be much cooler), a diving center, a huge territory, a bunch of different pools, including infinity, an excellent beach, cuisine, staff. In general, everything is at the highest level !!!

The hotel is just super. 7 days are not enough here. At least 11 at least. The staff is helpful. Animators are super programs.
You don't have to worry about quarantine.

A wonderful holiday with my family. Service is perfect, delicious cocktails. The food is varied. The reef is gorgeous, we saw a huge turtle. Animation is always cheerful and active, every evening shows, competitions

I liked the pools and the large landscaped area, good food and the gym. I didn t like that people with children come to the adult pool, the staff doesn t look after it

I checked in to this hotel a couple of days back and the room was not completely ready for a guest check-in, no tissue box, no hand soap in toilet, no laundry bag, no extra pillows or covers, poor housekeeping and it continued the days after. Although my stay package was all inclusive snacks and beverages , I had to complain every now and then about lacking water Bottles in room. Breakfast buffet was ok but the dinner's is certainly below standard with same menu everyday.
The beach is bad , mostly rocky and very confined area for swimming, swimming pools are clean but not deep enough ...
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to future guests.

The dive center and room were great! We had tons of fun diving at the house reef and the shop had several trips to local dive spots throughout the week. The room was large large and comfortable. On the down side, Wifi was only available in the lobby and the pool next to it, and several of our devices were unable to connect anyway. The food was good starting out, however it was the same every day at the main restraunts. Some more variety each day would be good.

This is certainly not 5 stars, but solid 4. Among the advantages is a magnificent jumbo reef, a good beach in the bay, a beautiful large and green area, good family rooms, albeit a little tired. Nice animation. Good spa gym and jogging on site. Of the minuses, food - especially breakfast - is very weak - they save on food. And the staff - many pretend not to notice you - especially in the dining room but also some at the reception.

I liked the hotel. We stopped at 15.10 - after quarantine. All safety precautions have been followed. Masked staff. The reef is fabulous! Lots of fish! In the evening, a variety of programs for children and adults. I recommend, we liked it!

Reef oasis, the most amazing place, very beautiful reef, the most coolest animation team with great performances.

Everything is amazing only thing that was a little problem was internet but the problem cleared away fast

There are cars driving around the room and they don t let you sleep, the mini bar is empty! [WIFI NO NETWORK IN THE ROOM] and on the beach, just near the reception, there are no places at the reception because everyone comes there to just sit on the Internet! The territory itself is huge, there is where to be) On the territory there are small shops! The food in the restaurant is very tasty! The view from the hotel is beautiful! The sea is beautiful, the fish swim right under your feet! The room as a whole can be recommended, but only from the Superior class and higher! Because the usual number is just awful!

Was impressed from the hotel starting from the check-in time. Greetings by smiling faces, guys were very attentive & friendly.
Concierge's team carries my luggage professionally & quickly.
The room was spacious & overlooking on garden. The gardens are really awesome! Such a hard job to create this paradise in a piece of desert.
Was enjoying my vacation mostly by Infinity pool with outstanding view on Neama Bay or by the beach.
The food was good. Specially the Sunset Court with Asian cuisine. Actually you always can find something to eat as during the day in bars they serving the snacks.
During vacation if I had any questions I always was asking the reception staff and I had not even one time when guys had no answer or time for me. So if you need something they always "will be more than happy happy to assist you" & its not just a learned phrase!

The staff are very friendly across the board and cannot be compared to the Hurghada mentality.
Food is typically Egyptian, you just get full.

When going to Reef Oasis Blue Bay, I was guided by the reviews of friends, the size of the territory and the fact that it is a chain hotel.

So,
The territory is really very large, beautiful, well-groomed. This is perhaps the first thing that delights me. This edgeless pool looks very impressive! During the day, several dozen people maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of each square meter - this is certainly a plus. For those who do not want to walk from the farthest building to the lobby or restaurant, there is a bus that runs every 5 minutes across the territory from 7 am to 11 pm. Frankly, we used it only once - it's nice to walk around the territory. There are several recreation areas throughout the territory, which is suitable for absolutely any guest - near the lobby there is a warm pool with music and animators, inland, between the buildings, - a pool with slides and another relaxation zone pool (very quiet and cozy).
By the way, I would like to say a few words about the people who work there - they are extremely welcoming and friendly, even the gardeners smile and say hello when you pass!
The food is not bad. There is always a large assortment of fresh vegetables, the rest of the dishes, in my opinion, are 4 with a minus. I understand that everything meets the needs of guests (and this is 90% of Ukrainians), but they work more for quantity than quality. I think everyone is happy with this, but I have something to compare with, and the hotel kitchen has something to strive for. Nevertheless, one cannot fail to note the work and efforts of all employees of the kitchen and restaurant.
Alcohol, as in many all-inclusive systems, is cheap and not the best. The proportions in cocktails, of course, are not respected. But again, this meets the needs of the guests.
The reef, of course, is the pride and feature of the hotel. You just have to see it :)

Of the minuses (minor):
Language. Few of the waiters and maids speak Russian or English well; you feel a certain difficulty in explaining your needs.
Old numbers. Of course, they are clean, in a pretty good style, but it is clear that they are far from new. 10 years ago, I would have admired the number, but now I was just content that it was clean.
5th building. This is the largest building, probably with all the standard rooms. The farthest location is at the hotel exit. Nearby there are a bunch of utility and hotel buildings, which caused discomfort from constant noise (panel room, apparently) and the smell of sewers.
Registration and check-in. The month of March is not yet the high season, but the hotel (according to the staff) is fully loaded. When you arrive at 9 am you have to wait until 2 pm (all according to the check-in rules). Of course, you can't argue - there are rules, they are all over the world, but in my memory absolutely all hotels were registered and checked in immediately upon arrival. It was immediately evident that people want to help, but cannot, all the rooms are residential, and other guests have not yet left. Is such a 100% workload possible? Wouldn't it be more logical to leave a few reserve free numbers?
The same breakfasts. Everyone has known for a long time that the all-inclusive system in Turkey is much better and more diverse than in Egypt. In general, the food at Reef Oasis Blue Bay is good and quite varied, but the breakfasts are always the same, which is pretty boring by the end of the holiday.
Animation. I don t know who works with children, but animation for adults seemed ridiculous and a little silly to me. Again, there is something to compare with.

Overall, I am pleased with the rest and time spent here. I felt good and comfortable in Reef Oasis Blue Bay, I did not see anything supernatural or unusual here, but I am grateful to everyone who made my vacation carefree.

Very old buildings, furniture and Equipment, services were very very bad especially food was very bad. It will never happen again to stay in this place even if it is free.

Hotel is very big, good maintenance room. The weather was very hot but my Air condition was working well. Shower was nice with water flow especially in this weather. Swimming pools was quite good. Enjoyed every day of my vacation and thinking of coming back.
