The best thing about REPH is everything. I am very proud to be part of a world class company that genuinely cares about the health and wellfare of all their employees. Especially in this time of pandemic, we were given an oppurtunity to More

Pros - HMO benefits, 8 hour shift,week-end off, facilities are well maintained, free coffee and juice, paid leaves. Benefits are competitive with other companies. Cons - My superior is unprofessional and has no integrity same with her managers. They do not uphold the company's core value. Rampant nepostism and data manipulation. They cancel out all the good things the company has to offer. They make the work environment toxic for those that they don't favor including me.

Pros- Compensation-wise awesome. Cons- 1. HR... Takes 3 weeks to check if you got hired. i took a month. I used to be on a sales team where i had the most success. BUT when i took a job on Elsevier they evaluated me to another department with which I have absolutely no experience whatsoever... 2. Leaders say they are there to help but do not actually care other than their performance. They would use the word "Don't be afraid to ask" but would use this against you later on. 3. Toxic working environment. You work 2 DIFFERENT programs to look for data. Totally unnecessary but still done making the work EXTREMELY HARD unless very experienced. (this is just for my line of work may be different from other departments) this makes the employees i worked with very cranky.(although some were very nice) 4. Final Pay- When i resigned at Elsevier i had 130.00 php of overtime payable to me...... BY CHECK. Smart. who cares if it was small? Encashment is 30.00 php if you go to the main branch of the bank it's free. Seriously... Makati branch. No bad blood i just want to warn other people what they are going into. Those 5* might turn into 1* when Elsevier had it's way with you.
