Went to watch Treasure Island Show in the Premier Suite. Great show but the venue was awful. It was like sitting in a draughty aircraft hangar. The seating was very small uncomfortable dining chairs which were fastened together, so it felt very cramped. Wrap up warm if you go.

Very attractive stadium, easy to access from road network and plentiful car parking.
One issue I have is the steps in the upper terracing in the Frankin Sense stand. They are steep, long and have no hand rail. Very dangerous especially if you are my age and not very good on your feet. Central hand rail please !!!

It needs better signposting. Allegedly it is Bolton University Stadium, home of Bolton Wanderers FC. It hides on a trading estate behind Tesco in the neighbouring town of Horwich. Apart from that, it's a lot like a modern football ground.
