Dirty, disorganised venue. Ladies toilets were awful. 1/4 of the toilets in our area were blocked and not in use. No soap at the sinks. Sound quality in the stadium wasn t good. Then to top it all off it took us over an hour to try and get out of the car park. Shambles.

Great venue for concerts. Easy access and dispersal. Rod strutted and sat during an excellent concert, he was supported by a group of excellent musicians. Drinks and food easily purchased at reasonable prices.

Not just a football ground, good for conferences and parties etc. Also used as a music venue.
Been to several concerts here. Prices are high for Bolton but average in comparison to other venues.
The queues for drinks in the stalls are very large and takes about 10mins to get served at best.
Unless you are standing on the pitch, then it's much quicker to get drinks as there are people dotted around the grounds with backpacks with bottles in.

Sad to see Bolton Wanderers having so many financial problems although the stadium is one with good modern facilities with good views from everywhere in the ground. The car parking is expensive and dreadful for exiting the ground. The away fans in particular are placed in a car park which is very muddy and full of potholes with only one exit. The stadium also occasionally has concerts and rugby league finals.

A pretty decent stadium. Quite a lot better than some of the others around GM. Plenty of refreshment kiosks, staff are friendly and it's just across from loads of other stores and a vue cinema. Lifts are a bit bumpy though.

Rod cross is not very helpful when it comes to a contractor getting his stuff out of a building so he can be with he's missus after she had been told that her mum had just died so I'm stuck here until the football has finished which could be about 5 o'clock just proves that rod has no morales and he doesn't care

I'm not massive football fan,so have never seen Bolton wanderers play a match here.
I was here to see a rock & pop concert - Rod Stewart performing here to a (nearly) capacity crowd.
He,along with his backing musicians; gave an excellent performance.some familiar songs; Maggie may,Tonight's the night,Sailing,Do ya think I'm sexy and an outstanding performance of The killing of Georgie parts 1&2.
The concert took place a week after the D day 75th anniversary commemorations.Rod mentioned his recent meetings with d day veterans and their amazing stories of that day.then he (and band) performed Rythym of my heart,to a backdrop of images of d day - moving and heart rending beyond words.
The performance ended after two hours,to the explosion of fireworks.a fitting end to a truly excellent concert.
Some of the audience seemed to have little or no interest in music, let alone Rod Stewart.with them constantly getting up for alcoholic drinks - free country I guess.pity you had to try and spoil it for the rest of us - waste of the price of a concert ticket. sad fact of concert going life it seems!

Happy to say very well apportioned. Been five times over the years, never seen Bolton win. Have to say very happy with today because PAFC won. Good luck in your quest to stay in league one

Went to this venue with strong warnings that no food or drink would be allowed to be brought in without a doctors note if you have a medical condition - seriously! Great venue for Rugby League and our team won so from the sporting perspective a brilliant day. However queues for food and drink of over 55 minutes were absolutely ridiculous. One member of our party missed the first 12 minutes of the match we had paid to see. Due to the fact we were watching 2 matches in extreme hot weather we needed drinks and when he got to the front - no snacks left at all. Very poor service and I feel their policies exacerbated the problem as many were queuing for water and soft drinks.

Fun experience as a tourist. The stadium was clean and gave you the genuine English football feels. One attendant, Brian, made my experience. He was informational and full of Bolton pride. Cheers

I recently was part of an event at the stadium & found the staff was so rude & unhelpful. Everything asked of them seemed 'to much'
Nowhere to be seen while the event was running constantly had to keep ringing the reception to get someone to come upto the suite!
It was an big event & they wasn't clued up on the running of the even which I found bizarre!
I find event company's & venue's should work together but not in this case! Was very disappointed!!!
