Terrible company to work for, I had to ask for my wages every month and I was treated Like dirt when I did. There are much better security companies out there, give this one a miss!

As an ex employee and night controller, I found one of the company directors acted like a bully trying to get myself and other staff to work beyond our contract. When you stood up for yourself your treated badly and threatened. I had no choice but to hand in my notice and leave the company due to a unwanted change in contract and the atmosphere created by the company director.

Never use this firm. My experience was abysmal. Rude and incompetent staff. The woman employee looked like street trash and was hysterical/mad.

I notice all the good reviews are written by their current employees... not a lot to say really they promise you the world and give you nothing. No assignment instructions, no check calls, no instructions, no communication whatsoever... offer you work at minimum wage promise you shifts then nothing...you are expected to work at zero notice "can you be here in 20 minutes" if you say no you are emotionally blackmailed and pressured... then they wont give you any work for 2 months as a punishment... then your given the right run around.. they wont answer emails, messages, phone calls, emails nothing. Operations manager is up north somewhere... again no communication... Terrible experience all round. Stay away and avoid at all costs. The quality of their staff leave a lot to be desired all paid at minimum wage... work it out for yourself... pay peanuts...

Would be a great company if they paid there invoices Sainsburys Retail For Redwatch Security Ltd 22 March 2018 We have tried calling this company from December 2017 to resolve a invoice issue we have left several emails since. We have even tried calling them but get ignored. All we want to do is resolve this situation and have invoice cleared for hours that was worked. It's now March. To with hold people's wages it is unacceptable especially over December time when staff have children and family members infact it is highly despicable. Pros - None Cons - Lure you into work place and do not pay

Fair and understanding staff always treated with respect and treated fairly could ask for a better team

This company they called redwatch is rubbish, I have worked them for 2months,They didnot give me my salary that I have worked so hard, I used work Night shift, everytime I call them they treat me so badly ,some times,They cut their line land while iam talking to them, they are so rude people , when I have tired with Them the lady called Rebaka then I went Citizen Advice Burue and they are dealing with them also there is few freinds who work with them they have some problem very body know them.

Redwatch is a stable and reliable company providing long term and short term work with exceptional staff resulting in outstanding service i recommend working fore them .

Worse Security Company to Work with. Poor Lack of Comunication.. Still haven't payed the Money they Owe They come up with Excuses... This Company Needs Shuting Down Dont work For this Company

Unpaid invoices from December tried contacting this company. Sent Payroll invoice's nothing in return for hours that officers worked

Great company to work for, they pay on time and ive never had a problem with any of the managment team. If ive had any probs with my personal life, they have offered to help. Theres not many companys out there that do that,

Absoulty disgraceful company wouldn't even give this company 1 star. Most of the staff are idiots and bullys who go around with no sia badge what so ever I had a member of this company staff approach me and ask if I have a busyness I said yes I'm N organiser for romance festival in dersley once a year and I am looking for security staff. The gentlemen then asked me if I'd be willing to have people waiting on there badge working at the festival or a few with out secuirty badges. I did say no. And well it went from there I did say to the gentlemen I would be reporting this and he got exstreamly aggressive. Using threatening and intimidation words.
