The location of the hotel is very strategic, the rooms are clean, feel comfortable and make you feel at home in the room. value for money is very reasonable and the service of its staff is also professional.

strategic location in central Jakarta, near stations, new markets, monas, istiqlal etc. the room is quite comfortable but not as good as lumire or swissbell. just ordinary food.

They have a big building but weak wifi in the meeting room, their room quite good, service more or less acceptable..

Pretty clean, comfortable ... but it needs rejuvenation

Attending an event in Ballroom. They provide
Coffee wothout sugar and creamer. Snack is not delicious. It's taste like cheap snack. Staff is not responding when I ask for wifi. The only one benefit is strategic location.

Very cozy and nice place to chill, the lobby is well decorated and its O'Cafe is a must try dimsum restaurant

Apparently the hotel is good, the ballroom is quite spacious, cold. Meeting equipment is quite good. The staff is very deft and helpful. The location is pretty okay, even though it's near a traffic jam.

4-star hotel, an old hotel that is still trying to be mighty, swimming pool is clean but has a lot of chlorine, it's reasonable because of the water conditions in the city, the dimsum is good
