In replying to a post that I did back in October.
At the time it was what I thought was a great place to work, It turns out that they Terminated my employment off HEARSAY. They had me out at Draexlmaier in Duncan SC. In my birthday in November they suspended me for an investigation. I ask then what for? They said they couldn't tell me. They broke the law when they would not tell me why I was being investigated. The following Wednesday they said I was terminated because employees smelled alcohol on me. But the straw that broke the camels back was, I DON'T EVEN DRINK. I had never been written up or anything. Also they should have taken me off my job as soon as the first person said I smelled like alcohol. But they didn't. I would have passed a alcohol test any night every night. So that being said. If you go yo work for them you better watch yourself closely.
If you don't fit in the click then you may as well find another job. Because they have ruined my reputation with lies.
Now I'm out of work and live day to day on $0 income.
Also my Team Leader was
Was rude and Raciest if you ask me. All she did was read and play on the tablet all night.
She was a B*TCH.......

Avoid working here if you're a hard worker. Apply with other jobs at the plant and steer clear of redi-Group. Management is terrible and they like to tell you things at the last minute/not at all. HR is zero help when you have a pressing, on-site issue. Offline supports offer no help and stay in the office playing games all night. Managers are power hungry and will do anything to protect their self.

I was with them temp for 90 days. Fulltime for 2 months. During that time the contracts ended in 2 different places. They can't seem to hold a contract. When the contract ends they take their sweet time finding you another place to go. Would never work for them again.

Garbage... Just close the doors already. Wish I could leave "No Stars".

Very unprofessional management. They can t seem to maintain a professional reputation. Not at all surprised with their low rating.

The absolute WORST people to work for and this was the first temp I ve ever worked for! So UNPROFESSIONAL & so UNORGANIZED it s ridiculous! the SUPERVISOR is just as WORST as some of the leads. the TEAM LEADS are young, immature, disrespectful! Redi Group with Magna seating contract should be cancelled and NOT renewed! DO NOT go through CRS & accept a position with Redi Group!

I like to work there but the manager is suck only one team lead and off-line girl is the best the rest is trash !!! no good benefits no raise at all too much rules they spend all day to call to the offices because the snitches going tell the managers is a lot of snitch on that job !!!! and if you get fired they not pay you the PTO YOU BUILDING !!! i will not working again there till they change the management . I work there for 2 years !!

I been working with this company for 1 year and they call me one day just to say you re no longer employee of this company why??? I don t know but i don t care either... i thank God i left this job
