This bank is terrible. I had home loan with them, and they constantly have issues with ech transactions from failing to pull when scheduled to pulling multiple times. I closed all my accounts with them and they still pulled money from my checking account. Now they are telling me that I didn't fill out the paper work correctly. They won't close accounts over the phone, they can't locate the money they pulled from my account. Do NOT use this bank!

This place is always a hassle. No other locations in Colorado, they cant take payments over the phone for credit cards but they can for auto loans what a joke. Also during COVID-19 with all the restrictions these guys are not offering any help with waving a service fee to make a payment. If you have a auto loan with Red Rocks you have to pay a service fee of 10.00 for them to process your payment! The same bank you have the loan through. I wish I selected a different bank for my auto loan and for my credit card. I'm moving my accounts to a credit union willing to help out and make things easy. Never will I choose Red rocks for any banking service's again.

A loan officer reached out to my wife wanting to give us a home equity loan. We already had a vehicle loan at Red Rocks. We filed out all the paperwork, talked to the associate several times on the phone, then they declined the loan they asked us to take out. What a sad business! We will refinance our vehicle somewhere else and never use Red Rocks Credit union again. We will tell all of our friends the same thing, "Never to use Red Rocks Credit Union" and give them our experience. After looking at reviews for Red Rocks Credit union they are pretty poorly rated.

This also put a ding on our credit rating by them pulling a credit report.

From a former employee!

There is no rating I can give this place. From how they treat their staff to how they handle a pandemic. Adding fees and NOT EVER informing the members NOR the staff who handles those calls, so we found out at the same time they did about fees. Can I just say they are utterly useless when it comes to upper management help . They cut our call center that runs smoothly off a four person operation. Cut us down to two people then still wanted to know why we were taking so long to do stuff. But the new EA can get a new laptop costing over 3500 but we couldn t have a full call center. The reason the call center is the way it is is because of upper management. They refuse to step in and help EVER they have NO CLUE what it s like to be in a call center. They do not want you keeping your CDs open so find another bank they can t afford to keep the CDs. It s costing money verses bringing in money so they aren t going to raise their interest rates for nothing.
Red rocks is pressuring their employees who aren t in sales to sell so they can hit their 14 million dollar mark for their Monthly loan goals. If you aren t pressuring people to buy more stuff DURING A PANDEMIC you will get fired!!! Pathetic. If I were you looking for a job pass on this especially if April Vagge is the new leader of call center good luck she s a micromanaging nightmare.
