I have been mystery shopper from last year, nice experience I have. Redquanta has awesome android and iPhone App.

Sometimes you get free food, salon service... this is one of the best part of Redquanta . It is fun way to create money .

It's a good company, i like doing mystry shopping audits, it's hell ya! Fun.

Redquanta have audits in all sectors. So it's easy to easy money by doing the audits

I wish I can give less than 1 star to this highly unprofessional and fraud company.
They just call you when they need auditors after that they will stop picking your calls.
Don't do audits for them, they are ruining the image of the brands also they are linked with.
Delay in payments reimbursement has no limit, it can cross 1 year also.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST DON'T DO ANY AUDIT FOR THEM, WHATEVER THEY PROMISE IT'S ALL FAKE.

They are fraud, they take work from us and dont pay, please never work with them....they are the cheaters and frauds, be careful of them.

Never expect your payments on time. It takes 5-6 months after taking 10+ follow-ups. Worst company for mystery shopping.

very very bad on payments. they only know how to get audits done and then vanish when it comes to payments. last years payments still pending and they dont respond to mails.

Its totally fake, these people won't send my payment from last 6 months. The agents are not reachable once the assessment report is filled. They don't even answer our calls. Its a fraud.

No reply over Phone and email...Don't provide payments

Redquanta has become horrible & unprofessional. They are not reimbursing their auditors nor reverting to mails, calls. Avoid mystery shopping with this company at all costs.

The Redquanta company has no intention of paying freelancers. Despite making several calls and emails with repeated requests still haven't received my fees and reimbursements even after a year. Mr Suresh just reverts we will check and get back to you but never gets back. The company which asks auditors to fill surveys why can't clear the payments of the past one year. I have sent multiple emails and raised requests, but still, fees are not made for many auditors like me. My fees are pending along with friends as well as RedQuanta Mystery Shopping Services.

I suggest many other companies are in this business, and please do work for them as Redquanta just want you to work but never have the intention to pay.

I dont get it why Redquanta has to misinform and mislead auditors when they neither want to reply to the ticket nor do they make the payments even after a year for audit where stores were not closed / not available and also for the audits completed. My friends and I have emailed more than 50 times for the payments but never received any response, nor any payments are credited.

Please don't waste your time and money.If audit is completed from your end they will call for any missing details to get correct information. Once audit is completed you won't get any amount what you have spent because of this cheaters will benefit.

My experience with Redquanta is very good. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Applying for audits became more easier with the advent of redquanta app. One of best mystery shopping company I've come across.

Very bad experience with the company. I have done several audits for them in 2017. Initial the payments were released in time but right now they owe me reimbursement amount from the month of July to December. All the employees don't pick up or the numbers are switched off. Also, if you find the numbers online and call the staff is extremely rude and misbehaving. The licence of the company should be taken away. They are fooling people. Very bad staff and company experience.

This is become a matter of worry to deal with this company now. Few Years ago when I was dealing with them , their reimbursement was on timely basis as committed by them.But since 2019 , non of the assignments are reimbursed till date. Above that , they do not even answer calls or revert on email with regards to reimbursement. God knows by when will we get our money or we will never get it. Those who are dealing are experiencing the same as me, but new users please be careful.

I have dealt with couple of other mystery shopping sites and believe the guys at Redqunata don't even deserve to be in this business.

I would also strongly suggest business houses to stay away from Redquanta for their business/franchisees' audits..

Listing here few of my bad experience with them:
1 - They take more than 10 days to just respond to a simple support ticket via their official support Email ID.
2 - Non-timely payment. I remember how my first audit fees was paid after almost 2.5 months though they promised that it will be done within 30 days.
3 - Employees in the company are very uncourteous towards their auditors (maybe they feel they can treat the auditors in any way they way, because they are getting freebies for the auditors)
4 - On a Monday morning, one of their employee kept badgering me to take a Tata Motors audit because she had a deadline to meet.. and I obliged.. But later she unassigned the audit to me.

Have requested them to delete my account 2 days back, and there's no response to that mail either.

For an audit i have performed on March 2019, I haven't received payment even by September 2019.

Never take any audit on behalf of Red Quanta. They never pay for the audit.
Every time i call them (even on a Monday), they say it'll be done in a week . call us next Monday. This happened every time.

Redquanta is one of the Nice online company. Last one year I am working audits such a superb experience.

There should be an option for 0 stars. 4 months and no payments for shops completed. I am told each time I email that payments will be made the 15th of whatever month I am currently in, yet no payment made.
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, the Secretary of State, MSPA, etc. and now I will contact the clients they represent to ensure they are aware that shoppers are not paid, although I am sure the company is being paid. I suggest other shoppers with the same issue also contact the clients so future shoppers will not have these issues. If enough people contact the clients and speak out on boards Red Quanta will not have anyone willing to do their shops.

Worst Mystery Shopping company. They will never pay you on time. Never do audits for them. I have registered in Red quanta in 2013. I know redquanta more than their employees. Their employees beg you like beggars to perform audits as people are now denying their request. Since then payments have been delaying. Request everyone not to perform any audits for Redquanta. Let them die.

I believe they only pay money to write good reviews. I wonder how can someone write a good review for Redquanta. I know Redquanta since 2013. Worst company.

Great company to work for or with. Good managers and colleagues to work with.They pay payment on time.

It's a scam. Their 5 stars reviews are from employees and friends. I haven't been paid for my October and November 2019 shops for KFC Canada (181$) and received one answer in February 2020 (after 20 emails) that I will be paid and it never happened. Benita Maben and Ajay Yadav haven't answered to my emails I will now contact all the management team and file a complaint with the BB. Also when they actually pay you they take a fee which is illegal.

Worst .company never pays you the money. Pls don't join it.they never pick the call neither reverts back.usrless.company useless people.

you will get assignment. Payment takes very long time sometime more than 2 or 3 yrs, there is no contact number/mail id also to escalate ur issues. so be careful.

Redquanta ia an unreliable app, they do NOT REIMBURSE you even after a promised period of 3months.
I got a call for an audit in march and was promised full reimbursement upto an amount of INR 2000, however, no money was repaid.
Also, there is no point of communicating with the customer care to raise the concern or share feedback, as there is no response or action. I had highlighted the concern on redquanta app and shared with their customer care team but there was no response at all. Redquanta needs an audit first for its services and employees before they actually review any other store out there.

Doesn't pay for more than a year.

I feel there are so many fake paid reviews over here saying good about a cheater company. They never paid on time. when chase for payment this month next month next payment cycle which never comes. Also no one receive the phone calls when it comes to payment part, by mistake if call get connected as soon as they hear call is for payment call gets disconnected and goes out of reach forever. I am waiting for few more days and gonna complaint in police. Have done the Audit in Sept 2018 still no payment. I personally feel this is a marketing company for salons like Lakme and enrich to which they send ppl saying they are going for Audit and ppl end up paying for services thinking they will get 75% reimbursement which they never receive.

They have good reporting system and keep there shoppers updated for the audits and pay on time.

They dupe every one, dont trust this fraud company . delays delays and only delay

It is one of the best idea to earn extra , these audits can give enough for the pocket money as Redquanta pays easily and early .

I'm a student i earned last 3 months with redquanta. I really enjoy this.

This application is utter fraud. they do not re-imburse any money. I have been waiting for more than 100 days now but yet havent received a penny from them.

All audits which i have done was approved and got the payments on time.

Pathetic and unethical organisation. My payment due since more than a year. So disappointed and heart broken with them. Adnan the director has no professionalism and work ethics.

The redquanta team never pays on time. It has been more than a year since I have done the audits, sent multiple emails but there is no revert. The mobile number written in their description does not work. If you will look at their website now, there is no contact details for the shoppers to connect. Extremely pathetic work culture. I would not recommend anyone to work for them. Pl be mindful while taking any projects with them. They are a fraud company. You will end up regretting.

Doesn't deserves a one star too. A fraudlent company who keep on calling md and asked me to do the audits and my amount of 28k is pending for more than 6 months. There is no proper response from the company side. Is there any option to file a complaint against these companies?

They have all kinds of audits like restaurants, grooming services, white goods stores, etc.

Shouldnt even be rating this company. They promise payment within 90 days, which by itself isnt fair. More than 5 months gone by and no reimbursement of the expenses incurred to submit them the report. Irony is, they claim "integrity" as one amongst their values. They have the audacity to call and ask if I can take up assignments , when payment is still pending

Have done many audits for them. At first payments used to come later than their policy. Then they changed their policies without informing customers (payments are cleared within 90 days now instead of 30). However it's been over a year since I did two audits for which I have still not received the payment. Some severe fraudulent activity going on here.

People fro this company do not respond after their work , please donot fall prey to their offerings. They will assure you the payments in 60 working days but its been more than 7 months its still pending. I have mailed and sent remainder mail too. They haven't responded. I do not suggest this company.

Do not trust this website, they do not pay you anything really. It's been more than a year since the audit is done yet no payment made. There is no one with whom you can raise this issue.

The app is really good and customer friendly. The experience till date has really been good. You get paid for just making inquiries. Also there are audits where they pay for your food. What else is required?

The app Functionality is smooth. The app makes report filling a easy task now. You can fill reports on the go.

THIS IS THE WORST MYSTERY SHOPPING COMPANY I EVER SEEN. THEY ARE NOT PAYING THE MONEY EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS.
THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER FOR RAISING QUERY.
REALLY DISSATISFIED.

If you value time more than money. Please avoid this company. My July 2017 is still pending. First it was 60 days , then they made 90 days . Now almost 6 months. When you send mail regarding the same. Constant reply will be within a week payment will be done.
So please if you want to do shop. Shop for yourself so that time will be saved.

Payment are pending since 10 months of about Rs.4000. they make you do their work , in short spans and never pay you out.

The UI of the redquanta apps sucks, looks like it has been done by some college grads.
Since this is location based service. If you open the app and enable location it doesnt recognize
your location, that's a bare minimum requirement an app should do.

Just open the app and search for location "Bangalore", it doesnt show that in the list. If a city like bangalore is not listed
Then imagine the quality of the app and its user experience.

App usage is not friendly at all, Number of client asssignments they are getting is going down day by day and
you hardly see any assignments available now a days.

They payment cycle for an approved audit is 3 months which they never follow. Imagine you have spent your money for
audit and do you even remember after 3 months that you have to follow up and get your payment.

There is no customer care channel. The number which is available on site , nobody picks up this phone. Good luck
if you want to get your money credited after 3 months.

All the positive reviews here are fake, As executives from redquanta are calling up asking them to give positive reviews
in order to speed up their payments. I had pretty bad experience with RedQuanta altogether
