I think this people are FRAUD. Twice they made me do the survey and then promised me to pay the eligible amount spent. Now its been many months and they have still not paid the amount for the survey.

I think no one should believe them

Did a audit done in february 2020 and still waiting for payment.. they dont even reply to any mails and phone no. is off.. Bad company..

The company actually seems like a fraud now. I agreed to do 2 audits and still haven't received my payments and it's been more then 6 months. Worst experience.

I have performed audits for many projects and have enjoyed doing mystery shopping.

I have been with redqunta for quit sometime and never I had issues but this time I did like many audits and for some reasons iam stuck with all of them they were purchase audits and reimbursement is still not done its been over 4 months.
Few of my 2017 audits are also still not paid...
Its become horrible experience with redqunta several mails are sent but no response
The so called payment issue number is either busy or switched off...
Pls don't fall pray to them.

Have done 3 audits for them . They do not pay for months. No reply from payroll.
I haven't been reimbursed the measly 75 %of bill they reimburse. Lousy company

Does not pay auditors. Do not partner with them and I'm not the only one. There are hundreds like me. Let's take action against them. I have written to the dgp of Mumbai. The collective scam that they have done on us is crores.

They don't pay for the reviews... Will follow rigorously to do the survey but post that won't answer any calls ever.... More than 1.5years already but no payment done yet.... Same is the case with all my friends as well... Do not fall a prey of this scam....

Redquanta job is the most easy way to earn money, just shop and earn money. Last 3months i am working as a mystery shopper. I really enjoy to work with redquanta.

Horrible experience

I had participated in audit in September 2016 and the payment is still pending.

I have called the customer care minimum 100 times and sent more than 25 emails.

They have taken my account number thrice and keep delaying the payments.
It's been 8 months and I haven't received my payment

Excellent experience for mystery shopping! Bigger brands and good payouts. Payments get delayed at times but a company worth being with. There are more exciting projects for research and not just mystery shopping, I am looking forward to be a part of these as well. I have been associated for more than a year and am looking forward to exciting times ahead! Cheers!

Doing redquanta audits since 2014. Initially there were 10-15 audits and the payment schedule was 30-45days. Over the period, they changed it to 45-60days but the payment is never done on time, they take more then minimum 90 days to make the payment We have to call them back to back and keep a track of the money. I had blacklisted redquanta as i was so fedup of calling and begging them for my own money reimbursement. After a year i got a call again saying our payment schedule is back on track and 45-60days payment will be released and i agreed to do the audit. But again, its been over 90days, my calls arent been answered, no idea when the payment will be done. Ridiculously bad experience. Also now they hardly have just 1 or even 0 audits from 15 audits.

Have not received my dues & everytime i have to chase them for my payment (mail after mail, call after call), its a painful process, takes as long as long as a yr for them to get your payment released. Wouldn't recommend to work with them.

REDQUANTA doesn't have work ethics when it comes to paying people who have done their surveys.Its been more than 120 days since 2 surveys were done and they have not responded.So don't do survey for them unless U want to keep waiting to get paid...No clue when payment will happen!!

My friend suggested me to join Redquanta. Last 5 months I am working in redquanta team it's nice experience to me. Now a days so many online jobs r there but the redquanta is the most genuine and trustworthy company...

I came to know about redquanta through one of my friend, he said we can earn money by doing audits . So I joined the team logged in as a shopper and they assigned me some shops. There were many sectors to choose from. I did my audits and my payments were all on time.

Through Redquanta I'm enjoying the services and also paid for the same audit ... Such a nice concept... Thanks to Redquanta ...

Mystery shop company promises to pay within 30 days. They pay for one shop then don't pay you again. I am owed money from 5+ months ago of work.

Staff is good, helping guiding properly
Most of the time only Enrich audits I have got not many brands..may be the company has less limited clients.
Never rewarded for referance.even though it is rrquested by them and I have always helped them.
Even till late night, I have feeled the reports to meet up their dead line, company never rewarded.
All my friendz, stopped takeing assignments because of delay in payment...
It shouls be within a weak as other mystry companies do...

Staff is good but I think management is not proper.
Inspite of commitment,they never rewarded for my help.

Fraudulent company who do not pay up. They do not respond to calls or emails. Advice to people - Don't have get involved with anything to do with this company. There are other good legitimate auditing firms. Major Scam!

One of the worst companies ever. They will bug you with numerous phone calls to get the audits done. After that they will not pay you for years together. Your mails get unrelieved and calls get unanswered. Big fraud company.

My experience with your company is good. It's a nice company and the team is very helpful.

No proper response. I haven't received Payment worth of 2200 for assignments for more than 8 months. On the application it shows paid. I called them to tell problem regarding payment & they gave contact number of person who never receives calls. They keep makes excuse like person who see payments is on leave or his is sick. I have complained over mails too. But no answer received. Very very poor service. Not a trust worthy brand.

Has a history of not paying shoppers. Two of my enrich audits have not been cleared for over a year. The emails have not been responded to and calls haven't been received.

Do not audit for these cheats.

complete frauds..These people will never give you money on time..after the audit is completed you just keep on waiting for your money as they don't have any dedicated customer care to talk to..So I would like to give everyone one advice that never ever work for this fraud company.

Fraud company. They never pay and stop receiving your call. They should change their name to FraudQuanta. Please don't do any audits for them. You will never be paid. I have done audit 5 months ago. Now they have stopped receiving calls. I would not even give one star but it's mandatory to give atleast one.
