I agree with another posting, last property manager was bad, the new one is even worse bully. The clerk that posts payments of HOA fees is completely incompetent she knows nothing about accounting practices, this is why I refer to her as a clerk. But unfortunately she is the point person for account issues.
Have used RMM for years and we re very happy with the manager. Since then two different managers and both were terrible. I would not recommend this organization to anyone for fear of getting a poor manager. Having talked to other owners who s association use RMM they agree they are not good.
Currently our HOA, I cant get the manager to answer her phone or call me back. Trash managment.

Was great when we first hired them, then got worse and worse. Poor managers and one that gave conflicting information so often we finally went with a new management company. Our new managers are still trying to wade through the confusion,
