Room was comfortable and clean, had breakfast in there cafe and it wass good food and service

It definitely was my least favoite casino in wendover. I think everyone in town last night also agreed because there was maybe 2 people there other than me and my husband. We ended up walking to the rainbow cause we could not find one of the many machines that we like to play. In the hour we played there not once we're we offered a drink which should have been easy considering there were only 4 people to accommodate too on the gaming floor. Also my biggest complaint is that there is NO POOL in any of the casinos. It maybe winter at be the moment but wendover does get hot in the summer and all the casinos should have a pool for there guests I feel it should be a requirement , every casino

The red garter is disgusting. All of the dealer's are creepy/look like they are on drugs. The tables haven't been replaced since the place opened. Definitely avoid it if you can. The 3 dollar blackjack table isn't worth it.

this is my second favorite Casino in Wendover and this casino has the cheapest restaurants in Wendover

Fun, fun. Stayed at the Red Garter, fantastic rooms. Need to have coffee pots in the rooms. Service is exceptional in the Italian restaurant and so is the food. Points from gambling really add up fast. Practically ate for free the whole time I was there.

Overpriced had to ask for towels deck person was not very nice. Bathtub don't work. Had to ask to shampoos and soaps. Has breakfast there. Pancakes tasted like was frozen ones that had been heated up

Terrible casino, rude dealers, not one thank you for tips and he made $30 in tips in 20 minutes, pit boss thought she was slick switching deck when I was running hot, then I lose a $50 bet 1st hand, try to bump to $150 second and dealer reshuffles cards, pit boss says 5x it has to , sorry your math is wrong I bumped 3x.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASHY CASINO

My husband and I stopped by The Red Garter for dinner one night. We went to the Italian restaurant inside the casino. The food and service were both great. They had an excellent house white wine. Large portions and great price!

It s no wonder why this place is empty. Clueless dealers try to rip you off, managers stare, and security literally stalks you.

we didn't do anything there but eat, we'd been out in the wilderness on the pony Express trail and we were pretty hungry. When we got in there we got lots of food, at a good price, service was good, no problems.

Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. Plenty of parking. The Prospector Cafe has decent food and is very reasonable priced.

This is the smallest and dirtiest casino in Wendover. The drink service is incredibly slow. I can't speak to the hotel portion. Do not go there to gamble.

This place has upgraded since I've last been here. The setting has been upgraded, but it is still your typical Wendover casino. The Prospector Cafe was pretty good for the price.

The rooms were so nice and affordable. I was surprised with how updated the rooms were. Alot more updated than Nugget or other "bigger" casinos in the area.... we will for sure be staying here again.

Taking my wife for her birthday celebration... all computer were down and had been down for seversl days. Asked pit boss Terry to comp lunch for the 3 hour trip. He did not care never said he was sorry. He sent us to a guy in red shirt that advised us Terry was the boss. TERRY was the boss ... I would never leave my business in the hands of such an ass. Thanls for your time

Great breakfast have to wait a long time for service but pretty friendly

Could not have been more disappointed. 'System' didn't work all weekend. Rolled in @ full price for a Friday and Saturday. Spent a couple grand between this place and the Nugget. No craps because they dont have a dealer...for real? Couldn't get any credit for staying because of 'system'. No real service. Nobody at desk to help you. Told to go to the Nugget and talk to VIP...but expect long waits because of slot tournament. And, BTW, won't even cash out tickets from sister casino - the Nugget. Skip it and go to Jackpot...WAY better service.

Good hotel needs updating but we always do pretty good here and have a blast

Decent rooms for Wendover NV. Better than many other places we have stayed at in town.

50% of the game machines were broken with service orders taped to them. On New Year's Eve...

I will never return to this hotel. There were some cleanliness issues with my room when I first arrived, which I reported to hotel staff and they said they would take care of it. I was then charged and extra $75 for a cleaning fee, for a mess that was there before I had even arrived. The manager was horrible to work with, so insulting and immediately rude right off the bat, saying I was lucky I wasn't charged more. I didn't get my money back and was treated wry unfairly. This hotel is horrible

Food is so so. Most staff is good, good gambling environment.

Had a fun time. Great food prices compared with the "big 3". Only negative is the dark interior.

We enjoy staying there. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very affordable. Service was horrible in their Prospector Cafe the last time we stayed.

prime rib just average baked potato was old and brown. Wait staff very inattentive and needs training. meal came out piece meal instead of all at once. 15 min to get desert. save your money.

first casino doesn't wish to have your money,as a driver, their across str from a truck stop,cashier couldn't take my card with id. i never heard of such from a"large casino" swiper hasn't worked and their chip reader wasn't...i fear this would only mean their tight on their machines also! as i mentioned,first casino to turn down my money!

My first time in Wendover and my second Casino visited didn't do as well here but still had a lot of fun

Rooms are really nice. But the people at the front desk ppl are rude. They always screw up things. The restaurant is alright. The steak is the thing. But they didn't take out the money from our account until 9 days later. Plus my card was charged 2 times for my room. It took 1 and 1/2 they put it back. I wouldn't mind to continue to business if they weren't to rude.

Ever since the remodel of the hotel rooms, and restraunts, the place feels a lot more cleaner and friendly when you walk in. The rooms have a brighter and more content feel to them, and there is free wifi. The casino remains in the same beautiful shape, and the Prospector Cafe brings a lot of Rustic Charm in a modern perspective.

The service here is poor. Went in to eat and was told to wait for 30 -45 minutes to be seated. We left and don't plan on going back

I couldn't not get any service there. Tried to dine there two different times now and both times I have left due to waiting to be seated and just after waiting 20 minutes with no line and not get help or acknowledged at all we left. And watch your chips on roulette because even when you do when they pull them off there and try not to pay you..one is too much to rate them.

Room was decent. 24 hour restaurant food quality was better than most. Lots of newer slots.

It was not a lot of peolpe and they have many new machines... it was fun!!!

Always a fun place to lose your money.... Lol. Seriously though, a really fun casino. I like it better than Mesquite. Very friendly staff.

The room was good, better than I expected based on past reviews. The hotel was recently (within the last few years) renovated. The staff was great, the machines are pretty new, and they even have a Beans and Brews!

This place ever since the new owners took over have made it a disaster. I've came here twice and its just generally disgusting not very clean. The employees the majority of them are rude.
