Ordered one set of spark plugs....received two sets and was charged for two sets. When I called no one answered. I got somebody in Lukastan trying to sell a $100.00 credit card. Do not do any business with this company.
Ordered a grab bar and it was delivered in about 3 days. However the wrong finish was in the right box and I contacted them to return. They said they would ship the right one the following Monday but later sent an email saying they were out of that finish and issued a refund. All in all a great customer service experience after notifying them of the mistake. Would definitely buy from them again.

Bought 2 of the same product in separate transactions. One of the shipments was sitting on my porch 2 days later. The other one had a label made but wasn t shipped yet. I waited a week and then contacted the seller to see what happened. As soon as I contacted the seller they changed the tracking number to that of my first order and said it was delivered. I then provided detailed tracking to the seller to show how they were 2 separate shipments and that the weight and dimensions of the received order couldn t possibly have 2 of this product in it. Several days later still no response from the seller. Very satisfied with 1/2 of my experience with this seller but do not recommend.
This company is easy to deal with. They explain what is necessary to do and take it from there. They are on top of things from the word go.
