So the rides are okay. Service is minimal often. That is to say many route go off after 6pm. The drivers are hit and miss. Some are really nice but if you have a complaint about a rude one, expect nothing to be done about it. Had a driver that was rude and the Csr who took the information was continually trying to defend the drive illogically. Also the data they push to Google maps is at times incorrect.

Have been driven past without stopping multiple times in these last few months. Especially by the # 4 Knoxville. Try calling customer service? Get left on hold for nearly an hour and a half.

I gave it a 4 because it improved on a #1 University @ 3:30 pm.
This Bus is always packed beyond capacity or close because mainly the workers getting off of work on Townline St.
Any hoot they eventually sent a second bus to ride along that route.
Thank you Citylink .
Here is the clue to a 5 star the #1 University bus @ 6:15am taking those people to work is always crowded.I dont think I have been on a rote in Peoria that has this consistent capacity. P.S Thanks again .

I cannot stand the number 3 bus.

I cannot stand the number 3 bus.

Many times they drive right past the bus stop right outside my house because "hardly anyone ever uses that stop."

So they don't even bother to get in the correct lane to hit that stop 99% of the time.

Its always they drive right past.
Very few have actually made an attempt to pull over and then apologize.

Today the driver made direct eye contact with me today as he drove right past me and kept going!!
And because of that it made me late to work!!

Great

First off we as citizzens are required to wear a mask however the driver isnt required to wear a mask? What if that driver could be carrying the virus? Shoukdnt they have to madatoryily like the passengers? I believe this is some sort of discrimination and will be notifing the authorities of this.

I used to love taking CityLink. It s cheap, fairly efficient, and you can go to anywhere in Peoria. But, lately maintenance had really started to go down. The busses look dirty, paint peeling off, etc. My pet peeve is where the destination display isn t working. It s just completely off, no line number or anything. With that said they are getting new NewFlyer hybrid buses to replace the aging fleet.

it's great mostly but the downtown number 4 likes to do this cheeky little thing where it arrives way too early. like we get there a good five minutes early and after twenty minutes realize it's not coming because it arrived well before 12:39 when you got there when it's supposed to be there at like 12:44. please it's raining and i wanna get on the bus

The number 20 driver is garbage. She wouldn't last a day at a real job. She literally leaves 30+ people behind daily so she can run seven or eight minutes ahead of schedule. All those people walking accessed the Bob Michael bridge at 3 is her choice. She makes this company look like a pathetic joke.

I was left standing on the sidewalk while the the driver left the bus blocking traffic and went in to subway to get snacks. When i got to the transfer center and asked for a superviser I was told that its ok for a driver to leave the bus unattended blocking traffic because it is a stop.

I dont care for the new main st route. People with disabilities should not have to walk 2 blocks to get to the campus twn plaza...whoever came up with this route must not have ever ridden a bus or walked in bad weather nor have disabilities...maybe the will come an dig my wheelchair out of the snow!!!!

Bus got into a minor accident (truck stalled going up a hill, a ladder on the back of the truck hit a window but didn't break it) that wasn't at the fault of the bus driver, but he handled it so well (Bus #1 at 5:45) that I needed to write a review on how he maneuvered the entire bus while going up a hill and made sure to check his passengers after. He called us another bus which got there in 5 minutes or so. Huge thanks to this gentleman bus driver! I think all the other passengers can say the same exact thing. It's not easy to drive a huge thing like that and avoid a stalled car on a hill at the same time.

My first problem: they don't give out change cards on the bus. You got to have exact change. My fare is 50 cents, but most people don't have 50 cents left around. I usually have a dollar but I can't put that in because I won't get my money back.
The second problem is the route maps are confusing. I'm not from Peoria so when I look at the map, it's not helping me much. I just use Google to figure out everything.

I've never caught a Fort Wayne Citylink bus that actually arrived on its scheduled time. If cities like Chicago and New York can get it right why can't Fort Wayne? I'm grateful for any and all public services. However, Fort Wayne is more inefficient than most.
