They dont want to give the information you need to you after doing what is needed on your end

If I could give this agency 0 stars then I would. I had a $1658.00 debt back from 2016 that was disputed and proved to be legit. The foreign lady told me that they will report to the credit bueros that I paid in full amount. Its only been a day but, I haven't even seen any proof of it being paid in full. I need it off of my credit report as the agreement was made if I pay in full. I did my part so they need to do theirs. If they don't I will be reporting them to the BBB. I wasn't going to wait until 2023 for it to fall off because, I need a loan. I was told to pay off my debt so I did. I have 2 children so I can't afford to just get scammed. I really pray that they take care of this matter asap. I never ever want to deal with another collections agency again! I can't believe I even owed that much
when I am sure I had insurance at the time of my C Section. I seen that people have reported them to BBB which is never a good reflection on their professionalism. Hopefully, I won't need to do the same.

DO NOT PAY. The do not remove from the credit bureau even if you pay. Their it no point in paying. Even if the balance is shown as paid your credit will not go up. Save your money and screw this business!

Have payed diligently on my medical bills for THREE YEARS. Switched insurances at the beginning of the year and called to report HSA card changes. They applied our payment to the WRONG accounts! Now they ve sent them to pre legal! I called to see why my payments had not been coming out, it s because they didn t set up the payment plan with the new card! Awful service! Waiting for a lawsuit because they allocated the funds to the WRONG ACCOUNT.

Got a bill in the mail for my son who is three years old and who has always been on insurance I never once got a bill in the mail from any doctor saying that he had a balance. I called to ask what the bill was for they told me they couldn t even tell me I said what I just told you guys and she said well I m not here to argue with you you can pay it so now I m disputing it I think she was very unprofessional and she brought up a total balance that wasn t even the balance that was sent to me

First time I called they were so rude second time I called pretty much rude they said that they sent bills to me but never did receive it the only way I found out it was on my credit report cuz we're trying to buy a house they said they sent it to a different address where we used to live so they would not take it off my credit report I it just makes me sick to my stomach I never received a bill at all until I found out it was in collection cuz I remember paying all my bills for my surgery now they're saying they sent the bill to the wrong house I've never seen the Bill from them at all I have to try to fight them I'm going through Lexington law they have not been helpful either on this one I just don't know what to do these people are so rude I was so nice to them very rude. I know I paid it now I have to go through all my checking account and go through it cuz I know I paid it 2 years ago with the hospital this is awesome . Sorry I just had to rant and rave I'm just so tired of these collection agencies God bless you everyone whoever has to go through them and I pray to these people that they will start being nicer to other people amen

My daughter is in her late twenties and has not been my dependent for quite some time. This company arbitrarily decided to slam my credit with thousands of dollars of her medical bills. I ended up with 2 negative accounts on my credit. I reported them, but who knows how long it will take. After reading the rest of the reviews, I would assume it's common practice for them to assign medical bills to the wrong person.
