Have payed diligently on my medical bills for THREE YEARS. Switched insurances at the beginning of the year and called to report HSA card changes. They applied our payment to the WRONG accounts! Now they ve sent them to pre legal! I called to see why my payments had not been coming out, it s because they didn t set up the payment plan with the new card! Awful service! Waiting for a lawsuit because they allocated the funds to the WRONG ACCOUNT.
