Good luck trying to get anyone from customer care "There is currently no one to answer your call" is the answer you get. I think I need to find someone who follows through. I called the Chicago Store and they said someone would reach out. Reach out......... I need to cancel this on my credit card!!!!!!

Had a really disappointing experience with this store. Bought an MAB Tote there. Leather came open after 3 weeks, got it replaced and after two days one of the studs on the bottom fell off of the replacement. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, I was told that that never happened before both times. Could not get a refund or gift card and so had to pick something else in that store and the choice was not great (online not an option apparently). All the stuff on sale had staines in the store and there was no way of having it cleaned. Got a gym bag instead. When the shop assistant suggested to the manager to get me a new one from storage he just said they might be running low, so no point checking. When I got home I noticed that the bag had some type of mud on the bottom and in the seam. After having been to the store 4 times to try to get something decent for my money I'm just having it dry cleaned at my own expense. It's such a cool store, but never seen anything equally poorly managed.Will not be coming back to the brand.
The 2 women working there were very very rude. I came back with a tassle charger that broke (after using it 3-4 times). It was a gift so I did not have a recipt. I thought Rebecca Minkoff was known for excellent customer service. I was very wrong. They found the receipt on the iPad reluctantly. And still could not even give me a store credit for a broken item because it was beyond the return period. I thought acceptions we re made for broken defective products. I even brought it back in the original packaging. They finally gave me a new charger with a tremendous amount of attitude, which I know will break again hence why I wanted a credit. I have 8 handbags by Rebecca Minkoff and I loved the brand but after this transaction I will not be purschasing her products anymore.
Can I give 0 Stars? Ella from customer service is rude and told me she needed to hang up on me cuz I was yelling. Trust me I wasn t yelling. She is just lazy and doesn t want to help the customer. Nobody EVER picks up the phone and they take forever to call you back! Strongly suggest not doing business with them. Sorry Rebecca but you need to get down to store level and fix your service!
My Wife tried going into the store with my baby at 4pm, an employee started screaming at her and pushing her saying Out Out, because they were about to do inventory. She was going in for a size change. This is NOT the way to treat your customers. The employee would not even give his name.

Worst Customer Service, ever. Aren't they a global brand?? Why does no one answer the phones or customer service email. I've been trying to get in touch about a purchase for over a month and no response.
