I'd had problems getting new specs as I purchased some online and because the glasses I wear are varifocals I didn't realise that it requires a much more exacting measurement considering pupil, face and head alignment. Also, the original optician I used wasn't really interested and rushed the examination. Fortunately the online retailer Glasses direct were very good and gave me a full refund. I popped in to Realeyes and they were able to give an eye test there and then as they had a slot available at that time. Their optician was great and the equipment they have is state of art. She took time to ensure accuracy and explained her findings and recommendations. I noticed that there were marked discrepancies between the original prescription and the one provided by Realeyes with Realeyes being the accurate of the 2. I returned to Realeyes and purchased my new specs from them. The staff are marvellous, really know their stuff and are very friendly and welcoming. Yes I paid more but in a world where everything is available at the tap of a screen, sometimes it makes better sense to leave the armchair and visit a professional establishment for good service and an expert approach. I highly recommend Realeyes, great job!
One of the best opticians I ve been to. The store was modern in design and had a great selection of frames. The staff were very friendly and the eye test I had was of the highest standard with a very knowledgeable and engaging optometrist. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic!!!! Paul managed to fix my glasses even though other opticians on the high street said it wasn't possible. Coming back to get the Maui Jim sunglasses he showed me too. I've never posted a review before but he was so genuine I had to say something. Highly recommend.

Easily accessable to parking spaces, which is a bonus if you have elderly parents like I do. Time was taken in the testing room. Was no rush to choose glasses, was happy to spend time to chat and even was given coffee and tea (all orders taken correctly I might add). The staff are spinning many plates but keeping them under control, think that is called professionalism. I'm very Happy to see time and effort taken to cater for everyone. I recommend this opticians to everyone.
Had no problem getting an appointment, great service by the optometrist who absolutely knew her stuff (I suppose that's a must to be fair, but she made me feel calm with her insight). Great service in helping me choose glasses with a subtle hint of comedy genius thrown in. Great pre sale service with the repair of my old glasses which should hopefully see me through (see what I did there) a trip to Jo'burg before my new eye wear arrives.

My glasses are already waiting for me to be collected and I ordered them only on Tuesday My daughters glasses are also ready to be collected and we only ordered them on Thursday. The staff at real eyes Whitton are very very helpful and treat thier customers with utter respect, and always ask you if you would like a cup of coffee or tea or any soft drink. I have never known that in any establishment I have been to. It was very welcome while I waited for the appointed time to have my eyes tested. I would give real eyes 100% for their help and professionalism.
Been living in Whitton for years and never noticed the shop until yesterday. I must say it is one of the most clean and fresh opticians I have ever seen. I had a great experience with real eyes. I was given a prescription in 2011 but never found a pair of glasses that I really liked so stopped wearing them all together A few years later my eye sight was not the best so I decided to try and find a new pair of glasses, luckily I walked into Real Eyes. Asra, Davinder and Paul all helped me greatly in choosing the right pair that suited me and when I came back to make some adjustments they were there to help again. I highly recommend Real eyes especially if you are looking for your first pair of glasses as I am sure you will build a great relationship with them like I have.

We've just had two great visits to RealEyes in Whitton - one for me, another for my son. Paul (on the desk) is always so personable and helpful (and he has also supported our local PTA very willingly.) After years of buying contact lenses online, I have now signed up to RealEyes as they seem competitively priced. Also, I love the fact that RealEyes support the local community - they host gatherings for old people as well as supporting local students. All the staff we've seen have been exemplary - efficient, capable and knowledgeable. Paul in the store was really helpful, I was looking for a particular style and he quickly came back with a number of pairs and really understood what I was looking for. I was also able to have a an eye test there and then which was great. My glasses were ready really quickly which was a bonus. I'd recommend for great service and a fab selection of glasses.

For years I ve been using Specsavers- but after a tragic accident (knocked my glasses onto the floor whilst trying to find them to put them on and they broke beyond repair) I decided to pop in to real eyes since they are literally across the road from my flat. Paul was very helpful- as were all the staff I ve encountered during my visits. The whole process was simple from start to finish. It s certainly not the cheapest place you could get glasses from- but it s worth the extra due to the excellent service you get. Thank you!

I've heard alot about this store and have travelled from Hampton to see them. Paul was very accommodating and explained varifocals Vs separate pairs. His knowledge of frames and lenses was breathe taking. The store is extremely modern and clean. The prices are reasonable and seem to cater for everyone. Lovely store and staff very professional even with my glasses being broken so many times they have fixed them every time thank you Paul I know I'm a pain! Store layout looks great with plenty of frame options and nicely priced. I had Davinder do my eye test and she was fantastic as she did the normal eye test and one for glaucoma as it runs in my family, she got my vision to 100% in my likings and this was back in December 2018. Very professional and fluid experience. The store assistant manager Paul made my experience easy by helping me choose the right frames for my face and the prescription I needed, my glasses even arrived a week earlier than I expected! Realeyes is on the high street with free parking outside the store for up to 1 hour, they even offered me coffee and had a comfortable seating area. I had a completely personable experience and would highly recommend over the below standard service I spent years experiencing at larger more well known franchises.

I'll give this place a 5 rating because of the fabulous service particularly the optometrist. She took her time and was thorough about everything. I sadly did not manage to find a pair of glasses to suit my features as I am quite particular to what I want but they were very pleasant. They also said they give the eye test free of charge if spectacles are purchased there on the day,w is absolutely great if you find something you like.
